In case I take a loan and for example 100K € suddenly appears on my bank account how would I
prove to the tax office that this is  loan money and not some
sort of income if your company is not registered as a credit institution?

I am only guessing here, but I am sure you would have a loan agreement with Bankera, but obviously they would need to confirm.

This scam warning is because some users did everything to give this project a bad name. Probably because they are paid by some different project.
Today the Loans will be launched so Bankera is far from being a scam. You couldn't haven choosen a better day to come back!

Have faith mate.  We need to remember that this is one of the largest ICOs with a large community, so you will have a large number of people that are not happy.  The probability of a project being called a scam because a large number of people complain is quite high.  I am frustrated with how the business is being run, but there is no proof that this is a scam.  I choose to not go down the route of being negative as it achieves nothing.  They have now released the loans, pretty much on schedule, so we should give them some credit.  When cards are back in operation they will have a functioning business again … Its happening, but just slowly ...

What do you mean ''Officially'' marked? You can not take it in consideration, as there is no fundaments, or any kind of explanation for such warning, beside ''ONE or more have reported the page''. You shall provide your loan agreement documents to the tax office. Loans can be granted not only by credit institutions.
