See people are trying to make money through trading because they are very serious about trading. Many people don't know about trading and they want to learn to trade because people are making through trading. For me always trading is not the game or another thing I am very serious about when I am trading.

No trading is not a game, it is a very serious business where a slight mistake can make you lost a lot of money and it is a very difficult thing to do, so I dont see that as a game, when something can make money I always serious and never thought it as a game

Trading is more serious when there's a lot of money on the line. Some people have made huge gains with the great increase in values, and doesn't yet click for them how much they have till they cash some of it out to fiat.
Yes. When it comes to money dont make it as a fun since money is really important to our daily living. All you need to do is to become wise and smart when you trade because trading is also a risky thing its either you lose or gain big profit. So trading is not a fun and games.

Trading should be treated seriously and unlike a game, however finding enjoyment in it is perfectly acceptable and shows that you are passionate about what you are doing.

“One thing very good traders have is insight into themselves.” - Chris Tate FUN AND GAMES Recently Louise Bedford and I have been doing the Short Term Trading Magic seminars in a few places and it has been sometime since I did any form of presentation on a semi regular basis. As such it has been interesting to observe people as they work through various trading issues. One of the things I have noted is that people take trading far too seriously and this is reflected in a form of desperation. Desperation is the antithesis of the state of mind you need to be in to trade effectively. There is no deny that this is a phase everyone enters at some stage in their career but to be successful you need to move beyond this and begin to treat trading as the game that it is. Once I started treating trading as a game then it became so much easier on the soul and my results reflected this. I even have a t-shirt that says that the fewer fucks I give the more I make. This is not to say that I am reckless but rather that I am in no way wedded to the outcome of any trade. At its core my life will not change if a trade or even a cluster of trades are winners or losers – they are simply not that important. When compared to real life, trading is nowhere near as important as people think it is. It is often commented that children are better are learning new things than adults who seem set in their ways. I am not so certain that this is a reflection of any great cognitive superiority or plasticity that the young may have but rather a reflection of their willingness to be both wrong and to play. Young children have no ego therefore the mistakes that their play generate have no impact upon their sense of self-worth. As adults we lose this resilience because we believe that it is somehow catastrophic to our self-image if we do make mistakes. But in trading your mistakes are your own – no one else can see them so you are insulated from the judgment of others. This isolation gives you the freedom to be wrong but the only thing you have to cope with is your own judgment. Markets are a wonderful universes for exploration and for play. The presence of micro contracts in various instruments and online trading mean that you experiment very cheaply. The price of admission to the fun park is much lower than it used to be and the number of rides has gone through the roof. It is a shame that more traders don’t view trading as little more than a theme park where you can play to your heart’s content and during the process of playing you learn much more than you would if you were consumed by seriousness and desperation. Author: Chris Tate Article reproduced with kind permission of: http://tradinggame.com.au/More trading quotes are below: “To my way of thinking trading is an internal endeavour – there is no external enemy who you can deceive or overpower since markets only exist in the most ephemeral way inside your head. Markets may appear to be physical constructs but they are largely an illusion, trading occurs inside your head where your own perceptions and distortions of reality influence your decision making.” – Chris Tate “The one thing you shouldn't feel pressured about is trading. If you do feel that way, you probably need to take a step back and reassess. Pressured trade(r)s don't make good trade(r)s.” – Joe Ross www.tallinex.com wants you to be a successful trader No i dont see trading as fun and games but rather a professional job. Because this is where I only depend on, I'm just a young guy who cannot find a work who gave a lot of income like this. Even if I don't have any initial money in here like a starting money, I take this seriously because I look at this like my job. I practice my business skills in this in order for me to get used to this kind of situation when I'm going to be a future businessman. This is a great practice because I will not lose anything aside from those profit.

You are correct that we must serious the trading. Trading is not easy so I can considered it as a serious matter. Trading for me is not for fun, hobby or games. Trading is very risky.

I'm not sure about your article but for me trading is serious job. On the other hand gambling could be fun because games are actually involved there. But when it comes to trading I will always sit tight and will keep myself focused on the different projects and news. I can't compromise in the trading because the money flows like water in there and it's irreversible. To take out the loss it takes double efforts and that's why I'm not really considering that as fun and games.

I consider trading is a fun game but I always do it seriously, and I will feel bored when I am wrong in putting the position to buy and then the price of throwing away quite a lot.

I believe the answer to your question is subjective and will really depend on 1) the trader's personality and 2) the amount of money being traded. Personally, its always been a dream of mine to become a day trader and just sit at home watching charts and doing something else on the side. I see trading as something I enjoyable and exciting because I only trade what I can afford to lose. Who would want to risk losing a year's of even a lifetime's worth of work by simply picking a bad trade? People who go all in can win big but they also, and most likely, lose big.
Only invest/trade what you can afford to lose.

Trading is not all fun and games. Traders do not make money on every trade, most don’t even make money on half their trades. It is not like other careers, jobs, or hobbies where you work and then get paid automatically for your time regardless of performance. A trader’s pursuit is more like the life of an entrepreneur.

For me trading is a serious issue, not fun. Because it's give you lot's of profit if you can trade rightly. games is really different from it,trading is some serious stuff.
Yeah if you want to see something as a game then do something that is enjoyable and that as that has that as its end, investing and trading only have one component in mind and that is to make a lot of money, that is it.

i don't think that trading as fun and games because in trading we need to use our passion to make profit and if we are only buy and sell without doing analyze and use trading is fun, we can not make profit. maybe there are any people which is use trading as a fun and games and maybe they are richest people which don't need money because they have a lot of money. but for the others, i know that trading is helping them to make money and because of trading they can buy something and they make trading as their jobs.
most of the opinion here is that trading is not a fun or game, but it is one a good way of earning money. Trading is in fact not so easy as we take it, because trading require a lot of experience with good trading skill and knowledge, you must need to check and study the market on regular bases, you must give full concentration to your business if you want to become a successful trader or a successful businessman.

It was not for fun guys, it was done for everybody purposes, we are trading to convert our coins into real money. If we don't trade our coins, we can't use it anymore, except that there is a store accepts your coin to purchase an item. I'm not also using these for gaming, I trade my coins to use as a real money to buy stuffs. You are wasting your time if you use it for worthless thing.
That’s true. We are not doing trading for fun. I font think so there is even a single investor or trader who is doing trading for the sake of fun. We are putting our strong efforts just to make money that we can use in real life for fulfilling our needs. I don’t think so there is any point of wasting money earned via trading of coins on useless things.

For me, NO. It is not fun because in any seconds you can loss bunch of bitcoin or your hard earned money. It takes time and effort when you are trading. You need to be patient and have strong hands, you also need to read always and be aware in different news of particular coin. This is not like fun games.

No i see trading in serious way because i risk money but i take it very simple like if i lose in investing then its fine and if i earn big then its good thats trading so better to accept everything even its not fine,i try my luck here in trading in bitcoin and i experience so good in trading because i earn
I also find that trading is not a fun at all because it is a matter of money. The people like me who are working hard through their lives for the sake of earning money need to be conscious and can’t take any risk such as being linear in the financial matters. Trading could be a fun for those who have other ways to earn their livelihoods in an easy way.

Casinos are a matter of money, too, yet they are specifically designed to not only loose all your money, but also to do it in a fun way. So, why trading couldn't be fun ? When you think about it, it's kinda fun to earn a living by looking at charts, neatly seated on your couch in undies. Yes, there's risks, there's money at stake, but this is the case for any kind of job. To me, if there were a "fun" job, that'd be this one. Flipping burgers at mc'donalds is not fun at all, guys.
