Because there is a possibility the MyBitcoinZ infrastructure will have an interruption in service.  So we are encouraging people to use the Windows Wallet.  We are of course working to keep the MyBitcoinZ wallet infrastructure and we don't as of now see any issues with that.  Its plainly a precautionary measure.

The simple safe way is to create a new BTCZ address with the windows wallet :

1 : https://github.com/bitcoinz-pod/bitcoinz-wallet/releases => download the lastest, install and synchro it (around 163 Mo actually) : you will have a new BitcoinZ address
2 : Send a little BTCZ to your new address for testing, then send all if ok

Dont forget to switch your address in rigs

BACKUP and ENCRYPT your BitcoinZ Wallet or/and your private keys


- For the wallet.dat, go to "C:\Users\YOURWINDOWSUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\BitcoinZ" folder and backup the "wallet.dat" to a safe location (this file is NOT protected yet ! No password on it yet !)
- For private keys, you can find thoses on the BitcoinZ client in the "Wallet" tab by multiples options

I strongly recommend you to encrypt your backups (wallets/keys/othersdata) with Winrar free or other trusted software (DONT ENCRYPT DATA ON CRACKED SOFTWARE !).
=> Create a compressed file like ".rar" and put your backups in with a strong password. (at least 8 chars, 2 differents type (alphamin/ALPHAMAJ/numbers/symbols))
And of course, DONT FORGET THIS PASSWORD

Backup your encrypted compressed file on USB Drives, cloud storage (in case of house burning, stealers, etc...)

The global hashrate is slowly decreasing to a normal level. The sudden increase was not good for the coin as this also brings a lot of people who are in for a quick win.
I mean BTCz was close to the hashrate of Zencash and surpassed Hush in terms of nethash. These coins are already much older and on more exchanges.

This just needs some time and healthy organic growth.
