Will there be some people who were whitelisted, contributed before the crowdfund shut down with success, but still will receive refund based on Ether’s volatility?

Why are BNB fees from trades not being calculated in my BNB balance?  It correctly deducts from the BNB balance for sales of the tokens but ignores it from any calculations as a fee.

Is there anyone here from CoinTracking, or is this just everyone posting their questions/problems and not receiving any answers?  Wink

There has been someone here. There website lists this thread under support and they really need to do a better job. They would help their own cause with better documentation. The cost of this software is extremely high and it has been out for years, so no excuse. That said, it is holiday time in Germany ( I think they are in München.)

Congrats for the great product!

One quick note: I just update my iPhone to the iOS 11.2.1 and since then Cointracking app stop working (remains stuck on the logo page).

I tried to delete it and reinstall it and now I can login but it doesn't update my data.

I guess this is related to the new iOS version; could you please check?

I successfully uploaded all my trades in 2017 as export file from Kraken, but unfortnunately, Cointracking does not recognize the trades I did between coins. In this case I purchased Ethereum with Bitcoin, but the trade is not reflected in the ending balance of my portfolio, and also no capital gains from the ETH/BTC trade are calculated. All the other trade which are correctly reflected were purchases of coins using fiat currency, and that is shown correctly.

Any idea/advise what the reason is?

Hi, I'm sorry if this was answered before, but there seems to be a problem with importing from the Binance API. The CoinTracking website tells me that the API key is invalid. Can you guys tell me what's the status of this and if the CoinTracking stuff is aware of this, or should I write directly to them? All other API imports that I've done worked fine (Bittrex, Cryptopia, Poloniex). Thanks.

I am currently experiencing the same Binance problem. I did have a successful Binance API import at 7am EST however. Now as mentioned above CT import area says Key Invalid.

Hi

is there a chance you could work on auto imports from exchanges that run on the bitshares network

like cryptobridge is?

http://docs.bitshares.org/api/

they have this easy accessible api for the open ledger and you can simply import from there

should be a piece of cake for you (or might be even there already and I missed it?)

thanks!

For real-time tracking of coinbase trades, see MyCoinTrades.com

Uses coinbase api directly. No manual uploading of csv files.

Hi, new to cointracking and am enjoying it so far. Im trying to add BCH "the easy way" on the "enter coins" page but the values in USD don't seem to show up. I think Im probably missing something here.

Will you be adding automatic pricing from date and time for BCH soon?

Hi - thanks for a great app

Would be great to support eToro transactions.

Would you be able to help with what I do when I do a Sell transaction on eToro to manually enter it.  When you do this then it is done as a CFD even if you have money in your account.

Let's say for example that you invested $100 in a sell order on DASH and the price of dash was 804.69 so you are buying 0.125 DASH for $219.84 and you want it to go down so that you make a profit but instead of going down it goes up to 908.28 and you make a loss of $28.30.  How would you record this on cointracking?

Secondly can you check I am doing this right as the amount calculated when you expand out doesn't appear to be right.  I'm guessing not as my total value of coins is totally wrong.

The way it is recorded on etoro is ACTION e.g. buy dash, sell dash, widthdraw then how much invested (in dollars) then units then open price open time close and close price.  I can then click on it and get more info which will also tell me the profit or loss on the trade.

So if I'm putting a manual purchase I will do
date as the date that the trade was opened
Amount from the units column e.g. .95 and then DASh as the Currency
Then if I bought .95 dash and it cost $668.80 dollars then I would put in Amount in the sell field as 668.80 and Currency as USD
With eToro you are charged via a variable spread rather than a trading fee so not sure how you would record that as there is no record of the spread I can see in my history?
If I then check the edit asset value it shows a purchase value of USD as 674.38763630 (674.39 USD @ 709.88172242 USD per DASH) whereas the actual price was $737.20 per Dash but I can't see what I would do to change that

If I multiply .95 x 737.20 (open price) I get $700.34 but purchaes price was $668.80 so should I record ($700.34 - $668.80) as my fee i.e. $31.54?

Finally need to know what to do when the trade is closed out

If I close out DASH at a rate of 827.87 then what I thought to do was
Goto the second page and add the invested amount to the P/L $85.84 to get a total of $754.64

I then put in $754.64 as buy amount with currency USD
What would I then put in Sell amount - is it still 0.95 units of DASH?
If I multiple 0.95 x the rate of 827.87 then I get $786.4765 so then would I put the difference between that and the final amount as the fee ($786.4765 - $754.64) - $31.8365 and USD?

If I do this the sale value in USD shows as 811.32591251 with 811.33 USD @ 854.02727633 USD per dash but the actual sale price was at a rate of 827.87 and again I can't see how you can change?

I'll also email this to support as may be too long to answer here but I thought if answered here might help other people in etotoro or on a platform that supports CFD's/sell orders

Thanks in Advance

Paul

Sorry if this was asked but searched and cant find anything. I bought some Bitquence. The symbol was BQX. The name and symbol have been changed to ETHOS. This is not being reflected in my account. What do I have to do to get it to work? Thanks.

API import seems buggy.  I have that problem that has been mentioned several times about API key being invalid.  I've double checked with exchanges and key is activated and correct.  API imports don't seem to import automatically and if so it's ususally only once a day. I was under the impression that the system checks every few minutes as stated on your site. Also it seems like slow page loading times for this paid service.
