ICO is currently in a state of blank supervision.
ICO is actually a kind of equity crowdfunding. ICO is for the purpose of obtaining benefits. This crowdfunding method is the easiest to break the law.

An ICO is a worldwide crowdfunding project in which the company plans to sell their underlying crypto tokens. The price of these tokens can start as low as a tenth of a penny per coin but can increase or decrease dramatically based on buys and sells within the network.

These token holders (fans, consumers or investors) can then exchange these tokens later on for almost any national currency or cryptocurrency. These start-ups will also offer the use of these bought tokens as a sort of “Gift Card” to that company in which holders can then have the option to purchase their products or services with.

SET (Save Environment Token) https://www.set4earth.io/is a future cryptocurrencyhttps://coindelite.com/ dedicated to saving the environment by reducing the overall carbon footprint. Something that I loved about this platform is that it’s not focused on earnings, but is a way to preserve and give back to the society.

The coins are called SET. These coins are acquired by buying or renting Wardwizard’s eco-friendly product, the original company of SET. What I liked about their business design is that they are allowing third-party manufacturer combination as well. Users who buy these products through the SET token receive extra discounts.

Viewing multiple companies sharpening their efforts and resources towards saving humanity brings a feeling of satisfaction. Nevertheless, it will take years of continued hard-work to see notable changes in global temperatures and pollution levels. At least we are on the right path.

You can visit its Bitcointalk Thread:

Save Environment Token’s Team is giving 1 Million (~$190k) SET Tokens for Bounty programs. The Bounty program will run until the November 4th, 2018. We invite you to participate in our bounty campaign to support Set4Earth and to build an influential community.

There are alot of ICOs out there that is fake or a scam. whether they are really just scamming or just a troll. but mostly every fake ICOs out there is a scam especially they get people who are new to this so if you are new in crypto about ICOs ask a experienced guy before even making a step further.

In different countries, ICOs are treated differently. Not  everywhere have passed laws on this matter yet.

We can see from the mission and vision and the people who join the team ico, and we can also see from the official websites of the ico from there we can analyze whether it is valid or there is an element of fraud.

Yes, most ICO do not bring profit to investors. After tokens appear on the exchange, they cost much less than during the time of the ICO. Sometimes coins can not even be exchanged for bitcoin or etherium.

The majority of the ICO's are tricks however its difficult to decided them one by one , few of them are legits . In the event that you need to put resources into a decent ICO , you should make an examination for it. Read their whitepaper , guides assuming any. Furthermore, the objective of that ICO later on when its at long last began.

Hmm, to be perfectly honest with this questions.. ICOS are legit but not all of them because most of then are definitely a scams. ICOS just need to improve and to have secure. Don't be so negative about ICOS give chance to it to prove itself and those people who are joining im ICOS.

There are a considerable measure of genuine ICO out there and simply be cautious when you attempt to put resources into them. Strive for a little sum and take in by encountering the procedure from perusing and afterward holding up until the point that the undertaking gives you return.

Im pretty keen to understand more about ICOs and intend to invest in some.
ANY recommended ICOs and any advise how you guys determine whether is it a legit or Scam?

Thanks in advance.

Statistics says that about 80% of whole bunch of ICOs is not profitable at all. That’s pity thing really. But at the same time we must to understand that ICO is a risky venture business and such profitability is a common thing.

Not all ICOs are scam. Few of the ICOs are legit and while many of them are scam. The ratio of scam ICOs to legit one is about 60:40.

You're right. There are many ICOs who are launched with the sole purpose to scam people. Recently, there have been mostly scam ICOs. You should check out the team and see if they seem like scammers or they care about reputation of their project.

There are signs of a scam ICO: the project and the team don't have credentials, there is no high quality product, no real work done, their promises are too good to be kept. And nobody in a legit ICO will ask for money upfront.

ICO are legal, but you should be very cautious when you are going to invest in ICO as more ICO are conducted to gain more and more funds from investors, no proper project, no proper idea, no clear idea, only scams. So before investing in ICO make your research as much as you can, get all detail from all your sources internet, social media etc, when you are fully satisfied go ahead and invest.

There are some decent ICOs out there, but they're not easy to find. Part of the problem is that there's a very high noise to signal ratio.

The first thing people should do is check out the team and find out who they are. If you can't figure out who they are, then that's a massive red flag.

Tim Enneking (Crypto Asset Fund) said on a conference call the other day that they were evaluating a huge number of ICO's; they had been selecting around 2% of them for investment, but that's dropped to 1%.

Even if most are not outright scams, there's a lot of competition trying to do roughly the same thing and only a few will be successful.

Some may be scams but there are clear guidelines on what to look for to make an informed decision, you can drastically increase the odds of picking a winner if you do the right research and by covering a few you stand a chance of making some good money . . .

there are lots of ICO scams out there, if you are going to invest in ICO you should do extensive research on ICO, like memabaca whitepaper, Team and Advisor, project goals and things like that. I suggest you to read the ImmVRse whitepaper, I think this is quite promising.
