What's the point of asking why he didn't buy sooner? It's too late already. People for some reason haven't got the balls to buy at the time the price is going down -- they gain confidence out of an increasing price, and based on that they will end up buying. In quite some cases they end up buying at peak levels, but that's not really our problem. If you make 1 or 2 mistakes, then that's fine, but at least make sure you know what you've done wrong. There"s probably a fork in November and it might happen with the price what already happened before the last fork on August 1st. I totally agree with you instead of buying bitcoin at a low price mostly people use to buy it at a higher price. This wrong decision of buying bitcoin then is cashed as a good opportunity by the whales in the market.
