I don't know why people say bitcoin is gambling. Its not gambling. You are investing your money and time. You use your internet. So its not gambling dealing with it.
Bitcoin itself is not a gambling instead it is just a currency that has been leading all the pre-existing cryptocurrencies nowadays. The only thing we can say about gambling is it's a way also in earning here in bitcoin wherein it is considered the most risky one knowing that there is a large possibility that you will loose all of your money anytime. Bitcoin is like gambling, you will not always win that's why you should set yourself ready always.

Bitcoin is the first ever cryptocurrency made and it is not a gambling. The ways to earn such great amount of bitcoin is the one to be considered as a gamble. There's also this so called way which is gambling wherein there's a big risk that you will loose your money after loosing but has a high reward if ever you will win. Earning bitcoin is not an easy thing and it is already a gamble somehow.

I do not think bitcoin was created to gambling. You can use it for more useful services than you use it to gamble. That makes the bitcoin unhealthy. If I get bitcoin I will use it to invest. Because gambling is illegal

Bitcoin is not a gamble, because I view it as a long-term investment asset because of the limited number of coins and price increases, in the trade there are some people think of them as gambling because they can not analyze technically or fundamentally

Bitcoin is not a gamble. Yes there is a gambling games that uses Bitcoin as their price but Bitcoin is not a gamble itself. Maybe they say Bitcoin is a gamble because like gambling there are risk to take. There risk in Bitcoin when you trade your coins because you will not know if it will continue to rise or if it will fall.

Yes, people have a wrong thinking that bitcoin is gambling. This is all because of the increased usage of bitcoin into gambling industry. Another thing is the risk, because with bitcoin we risk the physical amount without knowing when the price increase or decrease. With gambling too the situation is the almost same.

gambling is speculation. there is no use trying to separate them. gambling just has a poor connotation, but it really is the same.

when you bet a buck on a coin flip, you are investing in a binary scenario that can possibly reward you. few people bet money for empty shits and giggles, they expect to be paid if they win. thus, and expectation of profit. how is this any different from sending a buck into an ico? are you actually "contributing" to the project with no expectation of profit, or with the hopes that the utility in the token will increase demand, and thus increase the price?

Sharia law (the money part at least) forbids participation in a lot of speculative markets, for this reason.

Yes, that is also the reason made some countries banned ICO for investment.
We all know speculative can easy happen through ICOs projects, so, with some countries do not want to have any case about speculation, they decided banned ICO is the best choice.

Bitcoin can be such a success and profit, but it does not need to be played with it because it can be three times worse and if you put a bit into a bitcoin home and it falls it can be a disaster so bitcoin is not gambling

You are basically right because bitcoin is a payment processing method. But many decided to use it as an investment method to make good profits and in this case bitcoin is indeed gambling if you take a look at the price chart. The price dropped for $6,000 witnin a few days and if you tried your luck when price was at $19,300, then you really gambled!

Yeah, it's the system not bitcoin. I also know some people telling that bitcoin is scam. They don't know about it. Bitcoin is cryptocurrency, not gambling platform or some platform that can scam you. Bitcoin is only cryptocurrency.

Trading margin without knowledge is worst than gambling, the fact that holding is always profitable makes bitcoin something that is not gambling.

Yes bitcoin is created as a currency, but i think that it is depending on your strategy and way of using it, I think bitcoin can be consider as gambling if you are using it for trading and investment in such a place where you do not have any experience and you are only depending on your luck. So in such cases there are more chances that you will lose your money therefore we can consider bitcoin as gambling, but in fact bitcoin is a currency which can be use just like normal currency.
