I think bitcoin is not gambling as it is a currency, and the value of a currency falls/increases every second so its just like any other currency. People invest in bitcoins for profit and they invest in bitcoins for a long time waiting for the price to rise and in gambling people just bet and there is some % of chance to win. So, bitcoin is not gambling it is just like any other digital currency

 Bitcoin not gambling is digital currency. So some people use only for the traction process it will know the bitcoin process. Yes absolutely ,Bitcoin is way better than gambling .
Atleast even if bitcoins price comes down after we bought it we donot loose our coins.
We always have a hope that i will rise again.

My friend told me that after I introduced bitcoin to her it seems I taught her to gamble.  Because it is like taking a risk just like gambling because you do not know if you will be successful.  The difference is, bitcoin can really give you an income or profit in return.

It is not gambling in its strict sense. But it is gambling in the broad sense of the word because when you invest, you are risking something. You are actually putting your money at risk because you believe that there is some growth in it after some time. But there is always the possibility that there will be no return in the end and all your hard-earned money used for investment will just vanish into thin air. Yet you took the risk and gamble, but not in the sense of gambling as in games.
