What encourages you to invest in any altcoin?

Now we have many ways to check how is altcoins performing because but still best thing is devs team and performance on different exchanges because this can give you some good profit which is not available from Bitcoin or Ether but you can lost your money also very quickly because this is not easy to do trading with these altcoins

project and team are important, but what i think is that the whole market will determine the profit, if the market performs like the past months, even scamers will skyrocket, but if the market cool down, good project can hardly make profits either

There is very little difference between investing in ALT and any venture capital investment due-diligence. The very very basics of this are well know to be:

Idea - it is NOT the most important for success, but if you do not believe in it o you don´t really know about it... discard.
Market - Sufficient, rechable, potentially very large and unnatended.
Team - this one is CRITICAL. It is particullarly important that at leas one or two members have already launched a startup very successfully. Think of Elon Musk.
Partnerships - Including investors, clients, researchers, advisors..
Funding - Most companies die for lack of funding. It they tell you they a have 1 million and a team of 10, they won´t last a year or they are not doing much.
Legal - In general regulatory risk and also clarity on WHAT are you buying (rights, software, licenses, real state, ....)
Technological - Sometimes is simply not possible.


There are many other considerations of course.

Many altcoins already show their strength in last one year like DASH, XMR and ETH as they go to moon from earth and still have potential for a big rise. Deeponion is a new coin which started short while ago showing its strength and the developer doing lot of things and its community is very active.

I was reading for ripple XRP 3 years ago. and i saw the potential in it. The usefulness. Rea about the team, the concept. Its usefulness. Can everyone benefit from its implementation or not?

the dev and the team because its the most important we should know, how serious they are with their project. but if the altcoin is in the exchanges, maybe we can see their update news in their website or else so we can know how good they are. beside that, we need to see how the coin history in the exchanges so we can know the progress in the future at least we have some image with the coins. the other is we can read about their whitepaper because in the whitepaper, we can know the details of their project.

With altcoins, the growth happens to certain extent. During that time we need to be active to profit. The price pumping can be of true or a fake pumping to popularize the asset. Next thing is the affordability, the low value makes it easy to buy. Finally can hold large volumes and if lucky we may get the opportunity to multiply to much higher values.

The basic reason why majority like me has invested in crypto coins because we all want to earn profits from them. Digital currencies are the future of the money and a good investment tool also. However, a bigger part of my money is spend on bitcoin because I believe it has the greatest potential to give us profits, then ethereum and litecoin are two coins that I can trust in with my future.

The project with unique ideas are more likely to go up in less time. the team of the project is also one of the deciding factors . a strong team ensures faster growth of the project and will aid in the success of the project in the long run.

the popularity of the project also decides whether i will invest or not.investment made in popular projects is generally more stable and more profitable.popular coins have more chances to rise

The first, thing you should know about the development team of the altcoin, if the team is experienced and reputable will be more secure. Next you can learn about its technological foundation, see if it is good, it has benefits that will attract many people. If the altcoin has its own wallet to store then it will be very good. One more thing is that you can see the level of development of altcoin on coinmarketcap, I frequently use it to analyze, look at the potential altcoin and to decide on reasonable investment. try to check if the team is solid make a good research and if the project is worth ,also do not invest if you are not 100% enthusiastic with your decision if the project is good and can be done invest as much as you can loose and you are ok.

The amount of profit it makes in just a short time is very tempting. It makes me want to invest in promising altcoins because it's like everyday there's a coin that is getting pumped more than 5x-10x.

Do not invest in an altcoin just because it has chances of going up a lot in price, because when the opposite happens you are going to panic and you are going to sell for a loss, it is way better to invest in an altcoin you understand and that you are behind not only in economic terms but on its purposes and goals that way when the price goes down you are not going to care and you are going to keep holding since you know that at some point in the future the project it is going to become successful.
