How can you invest in the first hit Altcoin? you need to explore the project as much as possible know which team is behind the projects. Know where developers, founders, and marketers participated. And only after that make conclusions about the possibility of investing! i would look for a young coin. cause it's cheap. and i will do research about it to know more about it's project and team. when i have faith with it i jump in or else i will not invest even it's cheap. im a long term holding

In actual investment in a coin is a type of the unpredictable loss/profit that we can get at any time ( may take longer or short term ) . Personally I didn't made any analysis about the coins but one of mine friend usually see the technology of the coin , team activity at social medias , new new project to attach with Thier coin , future plan etc .
These are those factors which clearly tells that what the reality of the coin of existence in this field and what will be demand according to future plan , let us take example that once the digibyte coin's wallet segwit was going to launch and I realised that the coin's price will rise and exactly the same thing happened with the coin .
So here discussion and enws of launching new new things are more important factor .

success of any ICO depend strongly on the team managing the project. this has really work for me in checkmating some scam ICO. good project managment, popularity of ICO, Amount of token supply are few things to look out for in a project

I invested in some projects has apps for society and these apps also have users. But the price of token from these projects still below ICO price and give me loss. Suretly and Gizer, these projects have not much investor want to buy token.

I read first the whitepaper then look for the management team if they are trustworthy. Last thing I look for is vision of project developer it is more on personal judgement but it is important because We all know there's a change that the project will not materialize.

Whenever I’m investing in any altcoin I first look at the people behind the project, it should have a strong leader and a dynamic team, all successful companies have these kind of characteristics, apple has steve jobs, microsoft has bill gates, alibaba has jack ma, as examples. Second I look at the project itself, who will be the  market of these tokens, is it original and creative? What is its short term and long term plans? All these can be answered in the project’s whitepaper, I suggest if tou are planning to invest, read it thoroughly and decide.
