It is the team that is behind the project that i am looking before i invest in a certain ICO. That way i could know whether the project is good or not and also i look on what kind of project they are doing because there are a lot of projects that are almost the same. I look for a unique and yet feasible project.

Aside from the team and their project, I also tend to look for the project's integrated benefits. I look for projects that benefits a wide range of audience and isn't focused on a certain group of people or a certain location only. Real world application is also a factor as well as the duration of the usage.
