I read the whitepaper, ok I skimmed it, and I have a couple questions:
1. Where is the consumer's data actually being held?
2. How do you ensure the data will always be there when the consumer needs it? 

-1. The IOTA Tangle.
-2. Because it's on the IOTA Tangle.

They have a good project but they spread too many freebies which dumped the price a lot.

But in long-term after they get rid of free dumpers (i think too little left) price can grow a lot.

No 'freebies' were ever given, only payment for marketing services.

💾120K PRL DEV BOUNTY💾

I need some help to get something programmed, reward is 120k PRL which has a current market value of ~$4.5k. Payment will be made from the devfund to whoever produces the best solution first. I might split the reward between multiple people at my discretion. If it turns out that there is a ready to go solution somewhere else, then the reward is 10k PRL for the one who finds it.

I need the function prepareTransfers() from the IOTA JS lib ported to PHP: https://github.com/iotaledger/iota.lib.js/#preparetransfers

I need a PHP function that accepts the same input variables of:
-1. seed key
-2. address of recipient
-3. message - the tryte-encoded transaction payload message
-4. tag - tryte-encode tag for the transaction

And produces the same raw tryte transaction output. Such output should be accepted as input to AttachToTangle() without failure.

Since the value variable will always be 0, there is no need to deal with the value based transfer functions. Therefore also not needed is the inputs variable which lists the inputs to fund the transfer.

A good place to start would be to run data through the function and reverse engineer the output.

I will not accept an answer of running node.js or Mozilla Rhino, those are measures of last resort only.

Dev is selling devfund tokens.  He presented proof of marketing invoices that need to be paid and is raising funds to get the coin on more exchanges.  These are coins that were intended to be sold during the ICO and hes selling them at, or near, the ICO price.  He's very transparent about it but its never an easy sight to see such large sell orders on any exchange.

The dev should have announced selling of 5 million tokens here too. This way people on the Telegram chat were notified, but people on this forum weren't. That's not right! It's just the devfund that's being sold.  No worries.  The dev is active on Github and Trello and seems like he knows what hes doing.  I don't think this is a dump by the dev.

This coin will improve both IOTA as well as its own coin once the utility is realized.  Marketing is non-existent right now but the development is trucking on all cylinders.  This could be a terrific time to load up a small amount of Pearls before the marketing kicks into high-gear.

Feel like this coin hits 2.2 and 4.5 cents every day. Once it get to another exchange it should shoot up quite a lot and not fluctuate so much daily.

I think the fact that it keeps hitting that price shows that it is waiting to break free.

As you say, new exchanges could help it, because people new to Ether Delta maybe don't feel comfortable trading there because of the UI...

I understand that and I'm not saying anything against selling some tokens to pay the bounty manager. I'm saying that someone from the team should have posted that info here on the thread. Or are we who are following this thread less worth than people on the Telegram chat?

Plus, it's not 10 million anymore. Now it's 25 million PRL that are being sold on EtherDelta.
