Will bitcoin end?

I think BTC will not end because it is the first currency,with the biggest amount of users in the world, and there is no concurrent for btc,i believe that can be coin which will cost more than btc but with will have another function

No one knows or no ome can truly say if bitcoin will end, or how will it end if possible. But based on the passing days, bitcoin's users continues to grow and expand it's community so that there is no sign that bitcoin will end. Also it helps a lot of people to earn so that they will still continue to use it and it will never have the chance to end.

Hah lots of funny optimistic and utopian answers here.

Realistically Bitcoin probably has somewhere like 25-30% chance to survive long term (i.e. more than 10 years). We know who the main preditors are (governments, hackers, core team, competitors etc.)

But on a semi-serious note: do you think that if bitcoin dies, this forum also dies, or will the true trolls stay around?

It is never to late to invest it only depends on what ROI you are looking to attain to determine whether it is worth it or not for you. Where bitcoin goes up there is always a chance it will retrace and correct back down. I am

not sure whether bitcoin will cease to exist in 5 to 10 years from now (I hope not) but if it does it will be clear who that other winner is and all people in the market will shift to that new coin. All in all cryptos are here to stay

Seeing how network is being affected by crowd/devs which in fact affects price and talks about it being completely shutdown in favor of bitcoin cash or bitcoin gold or whatever fork, one can assume the possibility of it ACTUALLY being able to shut down or being forced to any needed direction (read its possible to manipulate) - imagine a situation: many (if not key figures) that are considered main devs/participants are publicly seen and known, thus there is an ability for "alternative interest" to come see them or contact them and made statements clear enough, so they would be forced to do what they are told to do and it doesn't matter if they are all geographically separated as the "requester" may have its hands everywhere. Now this is direct application, there are also indirect ways to force them to do what wanted to be done. The guys at printing machine are very smart guys, no need to underestimate them and we don't know their true relation to it. Who knows the primary purpose of all this... ? Nobody does, at least from regular folks. Also to my understanding any cryptography is STRICTLY enforced by BigBro and has to be approved by, to be nationally implemented, i also agree that there are some cryptography in development stages etc that are not yet being discussed by governing agencies or in another countries which in term strictly enforce it in their jurisdictions. Dropping the point about cryptography and leaving manipulations only, it appears that there are ways exist to kill coins, because if you can manipulate it, you can kill it (if it bleeds - it dies too(c)) As an alternative, as it seem to be, is to seek a FULLY ANONYMOUS coin, with unknown developers/techsupporters/website, minimizing the ways of manipulations. This brings list to very limited number of coins... Now this is purely my personal opinion and i am no cryptography expert in any way, therefore you are welcome to correct me, it will be benefit all, as i am sure i am not the only one with such question and it will help all to better understand the situation.

As of now, i dont think so that bitcoin will end since bitcoin price now is increasing up to 6k. As you can said the only thing that bitcoin will end is if and only if we can lost connection to it. But as long as bitcoin grow the more it can attract people to invest with bitcoin.

No one can say if bitcoin will end or how will bitcoin can end. Because we all know that bitcoin's life, we can say that it depends on it's users. As long as people continue to use it, it will never die. Instead it will continue to grow and increase it's price so investors are lucky in the future. It is true. as good as any bitcoin technology, will be useless if there is no internet network. hopefully the development of technology in the future can make bitcoin increasingly exist.

The best time to invest in bitcoin is actually today. One thing I know it's that the price keeps shooting up. Wondering if it's too late to invest won't do you any good just join the band wagon and ride it. Will bitcoin sense to exist? I can't answer that I don't know the future. So far it's still active currently let's enjoy it and nobody knows the future.

I don't think bitcoin will fall easily i think that bitcoin will survive many years and bring us a lot of profit. Because the bitcoin is only growing if you look at the value now and at the beginning of 2k17 you will be shocked because there is now such a huge gap within bitcoin and other coins.

Don't think it will be replaced. the only thing about bitcoin is that it is limited in capabilities and supply. It will always be in demand, but other crypto will pave the way for new tech and dev.

i dont really think so that bitcoin will end,and if it really comes why so late .if it will end then the early as possible they already get rid of it. we may encounter the decreasing/increasing of value of it but it will never end. as technology advances bitcoin will also do .

Well thats a mere fact but well for me bitcoin will end if theres no possible worker will going to used for themselves, and it cannot be seen for the next years since bitcoin has beeen expensive nowadays although it dumps but it still pumps , I think bitcoin will last for many years and being known in each country because of its potentials.

I think that bitcoin will not end, but it can face many persecutions because many countries are banning or making it illegal. Bitcoin value is increasing and many people now are getting interest on it. We cannot predict what is going to happen in the future from now. But I hope that this site will last because it really helps us financially.
