Well, I really like your project, because your business has one very interesting advantage that is without competitors. But there are drawbacks too, if there is no competitor then we can not find a benchmark of the increase or decrease of our project. So we are not eager to innovate.

Competition also is the critical driver of performance and innovation. There are other project that have traded this part of decentralized logistics but LWF stands out in this regard. Make Google your friend.

If my parcel is delivered damaged or if not all declared package is delivered, how I can prove, that that isn’t my fault, but a sender’s one?

You write, that full refund is possible far not in all cases. Under what circumstances, I will not have the entire sum of my order compensated?

Because the Early Supporters Program takes place between these events.

Hello. Well, if a hard cap is collected, the sale will end before the scheduled time. There’s no other way.

The dispute resolution system isn’t very cool. Regular users will be able to act as arbitrators – that’s nonsense. They don’t know this stuff (the majority of them), beats me how they will be able to solve any problem objectively.

It’s a kind of extremely wrong info. The company will have special staff who will deal with disputes between users.

Really? I’ve read on a forum that users will act as arbitrators themselves. Will the staff will be qualified in this field?

Yes, of course, the staff will. They will use a set of specific criteria and best practice in the field of arbitration in their work, so you can be sure that all disputes will be solved objectively.

What a set of criteria are you talking about? Is it made by the company or is it a kind of generally accepted international standard?

The LWF project has a legal team that will work to solve these disputes. There is a hard work to keep the project to be protect in this legal terms."SOP" or checklist, for all forwarders must respect compliance policies for all "shippers" and partners to LWF. The LWF team is writing it in this weeks with our law firms. About customs and duties we're getting a guy that will help our developers to have all burocratic stuffs ready for every forwarders that need to provide the services from a country to another.

Good afternoon. Can you tell us what kind of evidence the users can bring in favor of the fact that they have no responsibility for violation of the integrity of the parcel?

I‘ve read that the insurance payment can cover up to 90% of the value of my goods. Does it mean that the amount of insurance payment can be less than 90%? What will it depend on?

How will the amount of insurance payment be calculated if I receive my goods damaged? How long will I have to wait for the insurance payment?

Hi everybody. I’m interested in the following point: I have a small law firm, it’s engaged in arbitration cases in my region. Will I be able to cooperate with you in order to resolve disputes between users?
