The hard cap is 150K ETH and they don't have soft cap so maybe they will continue the project regardless of the ICO results as we all know that they started developing the app even though the Pre-sale will start on 25th of November.

The soft cap is the ico's minimum projected sales. If the ico doesn't reach it then the ico will fail. Meanwhile, the hard cap is the extreme condition wherein sales skyrocket to reach its maximum projected sales. In simplest form, if the soft cap is reached then the ico is successful.

I read the whitepaper, the project is quite impressive yet there are things to discuss in order for this project be revolutionary. If their target market are those people with unbanked account, how would banks react to this kind of application? If this would be the bank of those unbanked, the security and safety of their money is hack-proof?
