Hi.
Your ideas, what will happen with alts, if BTC will have a lot of forks as it looks.
I'm thinking to join this crypto party, but don't know when, alts are bleeding, if in december will be BTC fork, they won't be in green for a while.
Maybe need to wait a little?

I feel so late to the party. Coins now are very expensive, like $5800 for Bitcoin and $345 for Ethereum... then $5 - $30 for other coins. I take a look at the blockchain explorers and see big holders of coins, for example some people have 1000+ bitcoin, a lot of people have 500,000+ ethereum. These people got the coins when they were 1 penny each, now I have to pay $500 for the same coin?

Why are the coins so expensive today? Can I go back in time and get them cheaper?

Even if I put in a lot of my money, I only get a fraction of what people were able to get 1 year ago. 1 year ago people got coins for 1 penny and stashed 100,000 coins for $1000, now I have to pay $1000 just for 1 coin?!? I feel so ripped off!

Also I knew about Bitcoin when it was $30, and I knew about Ethereum when it was $7! I was alive in these time periods and was looking online and reading about these things but it all flew by!

Am I too late to the party? Is it a good time to get buy today or should I find a way to time travel back in time?

My frustration is BIG.

you are probably late to ride the btc wave but the altcoin wave has just started. Infact, I'm going to buy in the ico of Amor (amorcoin.org) which starts this weekend. I have a feeling that they will moon because they are decentralising the dating industry.

That is a good question, people may be attracted to the name possibly and because the original BTC is relatively more expensive that his recent relatives, understand "forks" some will tend to play with these instead of the original in the hope of being able to get better benefits but that does not mean that these copies will in some way surpass the first,on the other hand answering the other question, maybe it's not too late to join to the party because it shows that there is a lot of interest in that theme.

You are never late. This is even a good time to buy since bitcoin dips and altcoins looked very cheap to buy for long term hold. I can see bitcoin back to its rally in few days.

You are not late. Both BTC and ETH have a adjustment now after the quick growth few days ago. You can consider and buy them now. $9000 is a good price for BTC and $400 is a good price for ETH

I feel the same but then I did my research and tried to understand this whole crypto world. I'm here may be because of sharp increase in the price and tried to find out the reason behind this. For few based on their technical analysis they carry out few trading but the fundamentals is what important. There are many new upcoming coins, backed by better technology and economically viable support. One must be in the business to know the tricks, so do some research and then take a call. Party is just about to begin.

No you are not late. This is just the peak season for most of the coins and there is an assumption that prices will lower somewhere early in january. Many of the investors sell their coins now because the prices are high and therefore it will tend to have lower value after most of the investors sold them.

That about altcoin you still have time to clearly, but about bitkoin still need to forget and not even try to catch up with him. Altcoin is very dynamic and good analogue now.

I was feeling the same way as you do until I started buying and trading. So the answer is "No". No, you are not late for the party! Just do your own research before investing and hodl. You will see that you are not late at all!

You know you're now really a bit late.
If you would have bought bitcoin back in 2010 would you take it for 0.4 cents.
If you bought bitcoin in 2014, you could take it to around 200.
if you bought bitcoin in the spring of this year at 1000 you would be on time.
If you buy now it's too late 10.000.

Say it in 4 years when the price goes over $ 100,000

High risk high payoff

Don't hesitate, make some research, take 2-3 promising coins from top-50 coins and jump into the cryptotrain. In the long term it's no doubt that you'll get your profit. The cryptocurrencies are growing and the prices will be much higher than now.
