I think this project has huge potential and I was very much considering to be a part of it but then I came across the terms & conditions and was shocked to read that no U.S. buyers allowed.

Any particular reason for that?

I am not with Divi, just an investor, but..

Technically US citizens aren't allowed to participate in any ICOs, which are anonymous transactions, so it's a discretionary decision on behalf of the user. U.S. citizens/residents can always participate if they're accredited investors though.  Meaning you have $1 million in assets not including your residence, or >= $200k annual household income.

Agree, I am in with one Gold MN, upgraded up from the copper I started with, and wish I could do two during the ICO. I think as the ICO clock ticks down the interest will skyrocket.
