The forum strives to allow free discussion of any ideas. All policies are built around this principle. This doesn't mean you can post garbage, though: posts should actually contain ideas, and these ideas should be argued reasonably.

Please do not post any bounty stuff in here, there was a dedicated bounty thread, and it's been closed for over a month now, as the campaign is over.

I want to make this post so I can smile about it this summer. We are so under the radar at $2, it's not even funny.

Geoff McCabe:
Hi Everyone! For those who missed it, we're looking for super-fans who want to join #divicrew and help us with daily microtasks such as re-tweets, likes, etc. We'll put you on an email list and make a Google Doc to track all these things. If you want to join, send me a DM here and tell me your email, name, masternode level, country, language, and any other skills/work you'd be willing to donate to the Divi cause. Thanks!

With over 2 million in volume in the last 24 hours, I expected more people looking for good information about the project. I encourage you to take a look at the video and calculator above. If you have any questions, you can either post them here or join the Divi Telegram.

Divi's team looks very experienced. It's really great. The project was amazing from the first sight I saw! But I still need to do some research first.

wow, seems the total circulation of DIVI will be much higher than expected, as the multiplier is mentioned not even at once and they already prepared the reason for multiplying total supply, which is probably not very good for ICO investors. A very questionable decision in my view. I`m wondering now if masternode system will be reviewed or kept on the same level.

A very questionable decision in my view. I`m wondering now if masternode system will be reviewed or kept on the same level. I'm an ICO investor - the exchange rate doesn't make a difference. Everything scales accordingly, so a copper would now be 100,000 if say the chosen ratio is 1:100. Also, some consider this inflation but I disagree. I like to use this example: Say you have $100 you want to sell, and you find the demand(a buyer) for that $100. Now you can choose what bills you want to use. Right now the supply = 1 $100 bill. Say a 1:100 ratio is voted for, so now it's as if you just gave them the same amount of money, but with 100 $1 bills. It really doesn't matter if it's 1 $100 bills, 5 $20 bills, 2 $50 bills etc, the demand for the same amount of money is still there. The market cap here stays the same. Now, if instead, you were to all of a sudden decide you want to sell $10,000($100X100), without the demand for that, that would be inflation. But simply changing the exchange rate does nothing but make liquidity better and gets price closer to what people are used to with forex.

I have a question that may be dumb but oh well....
This whole projects aim is to be a crypto currency for the "anyone" who isn't technologically inclined and doesnt have any expertise in the field, right?
But wouldn't it be fair to say that ANY project/currency that has a really smooth/easy mobile app is already doing what this projects main function is?

Well, Divi is going to have alot more than an easy mobile app(besides, how many projects do you know that have that already?). One-Click Masternodes, you send to a name instead of an address, vaulting, etc. Have you read the white paper?

This is good project. Divi is a new blockchain brand that aims to integrate multiple blockchain functions into a single platform while improving many aspects of technology. It is intended to provide the most advanced features of DASH, such as the UI smart user interface. The common goal is to create a blockchain and a crypto coin that appeals to a large community.

Probably this question has been asked many times, but I just cannot find the answer anywhere: if I hold my Divx tokens on MEW will they be converted automaticaly to Divi coins there once the swap happens? or how does this work exactly?

It won't be converted automatically, there is a process that will be detailed soon.
