Just tried withdrawing my funds, but I get this error

"Sorry, the 3rd party API we use for instant withdrawals failed to respond in a sufficient timeframe."

Whats the eta for this to be corrected?

Out of our hands unfortunately - the BlockChain.info API (which we use for withdrawals) seems to be under unusual stress.

I have a question about a bet I made last night. I made a bet for an MLB game today, the 9th. On my "Manage bets" page it no longer shows as open, but is graded as a loss. Is that where it goes once it's been accepted, or did an error happen on your side? I've never bet with your site, so I just want to clarify.

Because your prediction were not correct. House edge for Hi-Lo game is high.

How can this player still be active with no week 4 pick?

Another thing raised my interest:


This user picked the Eagles in Week 1, but didn't the Eagles play the 5-0 Falcons that week? At least thats what nfl.com tells me when I review week 1 games:

While waiting for a reply I took the liberty to look into the remaining 3 players inside the free-pool (minus the one I pointed out in my last post and the one in here):



(Isn't this funny, GoHawks never picked the haws and patriotssuck picked the patriots to survive)

They check out as far as I can tell. However I don't have access to the History of the two buy-in pools as I didn't join them, I encourage you to check those players also.

My first idea of what went wrong was some wrong registred result on that Eagles game, but my bet on it checked out:


Also this would not explain why Players who picked both teams were not eliminated from the pool:




You should probably do a complete recheck of the code sections that are involved when managing those survivor pools, somewhere in there might be a serious error burried by what I can see.
