I go for a long walk and smoke a pack of cigarettes. I think about how my problems are so insignificant to the world and how so many more people are suffering more than me.

When I'm really angry, i try to take myself out of that situation i close my eyes then i breathe. After such, i vape alot. If that doesn't work, i walk around. After around an hour or so i calm down

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

I find the best way to resolve anger is by having a correct and positive mindset. By doing this you wont allow your anger to build up in such a way that your blood gets boiling and then you can feel the anger and emotion

and deal with it properly. Another good way to reduce anger is by mindful meditation and focusing on your breathe. You do that for 5-10 minutes and that should get rid of at the very least some of the anger if not all.

Meditate, call your friends and vent, have a glass of wine, read, realize life is too short to be mad. Move on and be happy.

When I feel angry I would close my eyes and withdraw my senses from the world. I would focus my senses inwards and visualize my emotions. When I'm angry I always visualize my insides to be having a fire storm and sand storm combined then slowly I begin to visualize quenching those fires and calming those sands until they eventually settle down and a calm lake appeared on the middle. After this I stay at that calm lake for a while . All these visualizing with deep breathing. The anger would eventually leave me.

Closing my eyes and count from 1-10 really helps me to calm down. It makes me go back to my rational thinking and realizes that punching a douche is really not worth it.

It depends on the anger, usually I am able to let things slide but sometimes it comes over me like a stubborn wave that won't subside. In times like that I try to take deep breathes and to be as calm as possible. If I am angry with somebody I care about I try my best to not say anything that I'll regret later, but if I am angry at somebody/something else I'll try to distract myself. I have found that distracting myself from the anger does a lot to help the situation in times like that.

In my opinion the best way to handle anger is to stop immediately you realize that you are angry and say this short prayer "God almighty help me to control may anger and give peace". All you need to do is just the short prayer. You will experience inner peace immediately no doubt about that. I have consistently observed that whenever am angry.

Anger is all about curving it down without saying or doing anything you can't take back. For me i walk out first. Be quiet for a few minutes then reassess the situation. It also helps if you have a solid evaluation of yourself

I attack my punching bag.  After 5 or 10 minutes of punching the ---- out of my bag, that does the trick.  I'm normally to tired to stay angry then
