Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.
Listen to Chill Music, and sit on a couch. Sleep and rest, it should help you to calm down and forget your problems. Another best way to relax is by having a trip to your favorite places with your family or friends, this will clear your mind and forget your anger.

I just breathe deep and try to divert my attention to something.
Afterall, anger is really controllable if you put your mind on top of your feelings.

I go to my room to contemplate and gather my thoughts since I don't want to talk when I'm angry because I might hurt other people's feelings

best thing to do is exercise till you can't move anymore.  you will be too tired to be angry.  works like a charm every time for me.  kills 2 bird with 1 stone, get in shape and stay happy.

I'm drinking a cold water while taking time and space to breathe (inhale, exhale) just to calm down myself.

I don't really remember the last time I got angry. I usually start laughing (at least internally) when problematic situations start to arise because of how ridiculous they are when thinking about the grand scheme of things.

Sometimes it is very hard to control your emotions specially when you are angry. You want to throw everything that you see, you want to slap or punch, you want to shout until your throat out. I've already experinced that but it is not so good after all. You will realized it in the end and you will regret it. So the best thing that I do now to calm down my anger is to stay silent until I calm down. I don't want to speak any word. I don't want to talk. They say, don't talk when you are angry because you can't control the words that will come out on your tounge. You will not know whether you are hurting someones feeling. And last, you can't get it back when you already say the word.

Trying to focus on other things.. take a deep breath and relax. Think also positive things.
