Sometimes our days get so crazy we forget to take a minute to breathe. But we must - it is the only way to decompress before getting too carried away. Feeling angry is normal. You need to know skills for managing your anger. Acknowledge the feelings and breathe.

Most of the time I just think more of happy memories to lessen my anger. I also listen to my favorite music to calm down. Or just drink hot coffee.

I think you should leave the thing that make you become angry . Like trading? You should go somewhere else to calm you down, don't even think about it at least 1 day. You will see how work it is.

Punching the wall with bare fists is a well known and ancient method to calm down. Wink
Well I`m not in favor of punching the wall because i don`t to be hurt or to hurt myself , i actually do when i want to calm down my anger is i want to be alone while listening music.

I try to avoid situations that make me angry, but when that's not possible, I just play some videogame. In general it works.

Get down to the gym or the driving range. Nothing like smacking a ball as hard as you can to release some anger!

Take a deep breath and attempt to relax or count backwards until I start to feel calm. The best thing to do when you are mad at another person especially if you feel you will react badly is to excuse yourself until you are able to proceed.

I have a really long patience and I rarely get mad but when it happens I usually clench my fist and then breath deeply and the count 1 to 10 to calm myself. Then I would tell myself that it is not worth it.. Smiley

Go to a corner just by yourself and rationalize yourself with a Prayer, then think about things that make you happy , for example your parents . 😇😇😇Godbless

I have noticed that to have a session of wild sex can pretty much calm down anyone. If you have nobody around to help you with that you can still manage to do that alone, and it would still calm you down.

.     I just relax , keep calm and quite. Go away from the situation . Going  to place   I’m alone .Talking  to myself . And come back when I’m okay.

To calm down my anger, I walk away from people. I want to be alone when I am angry. It is because when I can't control my temper, I hurt peopke around me even he or she is not the one I am angry with. So I just distance myself from people.
