I'm sure problem in your database server it's to slow
You need different database servers for login database and for other functions. People just can't log in and and every day it's getting worse.
Why you not turn of all functions at your site like you did at 2 previous days???
How can i participate in ICO if i just can't log in?
I tryed from 4 different internet providers 502 - 522 errors
20 000 refreshs or users it's not so big load on (good server)

Do you still have the same amount of BTC? if no you might have to wait a little time. If yes, there might have been an issue with your purchase..

Here's a noble idea.

Separate the database servers from the web servers.  Run the database servers in master / slave configuration where the master can do read and write to do things like update tables when people buy HBC etc and the slave a read only for things like user login authentication and anything else that does not require a write to the database.  Web servers Apache can easily handle 20000+ connections NGINX will easily do this as well.

If you are reputable AT ALL you would allow people to withdraw their BTC.  By NOT doing so you are breaking the trust of EVERYONE in the community including those who were able to buy.  If I were able to buy and others could not withdraw their BTC it shows lack of integrity on your part and would not recommend ANYONE to invest in your platform when they can continue with Bitconnect or others that have their act together.  Waiting until after the fork and ICO is over is just a cop out bullshit excuse.

I did everything they gave us as tips to purchase. Opened up a few tabs clicked to buy when timer went to 0. Got a green congratulations message in one of the tabs, then website crashed in all tabs showing 502 and 522 errors. Managed to refresh the page 20 minutes later and 0 HomeBlockCoins in balance. BTC still there.

Why would I get the green congratulations message if its for absolutely nothing ? How are we supposed to buy this coin......
