I'm having a bit of an issue with both my wife's and my accounts. Hopefully the community here, or better yet a moderator, can be of some assistance.

My own account had approx 30,000 tokens in it. While i managed to gain access to it on the 1st day of the wallet release, when i tried to transfer my funds to Cryptopia to trade, the transaction seems to have failed, and the tokens were not restored to my online wallet. See screenshot in link below:

https://ibb.co/m3HSZw

As for my wife's account, she finally managed to gain access to hers after about a month ... but her ~28000 tokens are missing completely. Her balance shows zero, nil, niet. No transaction record is present, so i figure that the account hasn't been hacked, otherwise there would be trace hashes of the transaction. It seems like her tokens have simply been put aside for some reason. The BTC address that we purchased these with was also used to purchase our neighbors tokens too for his own account, and from the same IP address. I think this may be the root cause for her issue, perhaps because of the duplicate BTC purchase address and IP address, the dev. team might have thought these duplicate accounts.

We've posted on social media accounts about this - no help.
We've both opened various support ticket only to have them get closed "due to high volume" and open new ones without ANY response.
We've sent in selfies with valid ID and screeshots of transaction details from the ICO purchases along with tickets - no further help either.

If anyone here has an idea of what our next step should be, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance! Smiley

I have no idea whats happening with your transaction but why would you send the whole lot of your coins and not do a dummy run first?

Because i wanted out with ETN ASAP. Screw all these issues.

The wallet f-ing up my transaction is simply the cherry on top. Not to mention my wife still not having access to her ICO funds. What kind of lame half-assed launch(*cough*2nd launch*cough*) was that anyways? How can you call it a launch if half of your community doesn't have access to their funds?

The second we can get our funds out, we're selling. I don't care what price it will be.

Anyways, i didn't wanna come here and FUD all over the thread. Already plenty here doing that. Same with the shills. Not here to argue who's right. I have my reasons for wanting to pull out. End of story.

I just wanted to see if anyone had any luck with support with these types of issues.

New Electroneum Pool (Today started) http://etn.top-miningpool.eu/ Minimum payouts 20 ETN, Pool fee 1.5%.

Good to see another pool opening up, but I think you are going to struggle to get customers as spacepools has over 16000 miners and a fee of only 0.1%.

after reading a few good news articles aout this project i was ready to buy 8btc worth but no chance now having read this thread! and tis is the moderated one too!

Mod has pretty much disappeared since bounty payouts, probably off promoting a new coin now...

I am not the Bounty Manager, and I havent disappeared.

The way the bounty was handled by the person that was hired to do it was not what everyone expected from them.

Its a very complicated mess at this point, and they will be sorting it out.

Thanks for your patience!! I know people have been waiting awhile.

yes, but spacepools is not stable... I tryed to mine on it and often get "Connection to stratum server lost" with losing hash rate... may be blockchain is not stable last days

If you sent the coins to cryptopia without the tx id addres or something, those coins are gone, somewhere on cryptopia and you have to contact them.

And how long does a person need to get 20 tokens with a normal laptop? a week or a month. or even 1 year?
People with a normal laptop will probably only get one token in the week. even if the laptop is running for 24 hours

This is BIG news.  I think Electroneum's market cap by the end of 2018 will be between 3 billion and 10 billion.  If it starts gaining ground, it could start being one of the first massively used crypto currencies on a day to day basis.

I'm not selling a single one until they reach at least $1.

Very nice to see some actual results, first of many i believe. Until now, we mostly had just promises and plans.

I am very happy to be a part of this  Smiley

Considering, that XIUS comes from India, maybe there is a possibility to also pair up with PAYTM, Indias biggest digital payment provider. Unless they are considered competition  Smiley

Nice price jump! I think it can increase further. It proves that the Electroneum team is working very hard. Congrats to ETN team!
