I got the email today to DL the new node electroneumd etc. . . 

(the old one was synced when i DL'd the new one)
After 2 hours the blocks behind continues to escalate and i get this type of msg:

the 540 behind keeps growing, whats this all about doesnt sound great

I bit the bullet and installed the "v0.11.0.0 - Hard Fork v3 Revert" wallet, and it worked.
In order to try and sync quicker I used the bootstrap file https://downloads.electroneum.com/blockchain.raw , which still resulted in a 77 day backlog to catch up on. After bootstrap was loaded I ran the demon overnight and the blockchain was synced next morning, ran the wallet and all mined coins poped up - nice.

To summarise on bootstrap install:
1) Delete or Rename the  folder ...ProgramData/electroneum
2) Create new folder ...ProgramData/electroneum/export
3) Copy blockchain.raw into "export" folder
4) Run "electroneum-blockchain-import.exe", it should automatically find the bootstrap file, and wait a while (looks like it finished at 70000, still 77 days behind)
5) Once bootstrap fully loaded close it and start demon as normal, best to run demon overnight.

I agree with you. The dev team should have known that good timing and timeliness is crucial in this ever shifting cryptocurrency landscape.

They promised $30 in their whitepaper per mobile miner .

If their super cool world miracle maker makes $30 per miner as promised , then the price will rise , being it a good news .

oh wait they changed that $30 promise after the ICO and after collecting $40 million .

30 $ it will be fine, but for what time they now speak? If it will be in a month I think it will be really wonderful.

Tomorrow this will go live this is a really big achievement from my point of view it will open the doors for mass adoption. So many people waiting for this big release but have to be patient.

There was an urgent node update - pool owners needed to update ASAP so maybe Supernova haven't done it?

Guys any benchmarks about the mobile miner? How much are you hashing? I am asking this, because I will change my phone in the near future and i have my eyes laid on either samsung s9 and xiaomi mi mix2. Just want to know whats the best buy, cuz i will be mining from time to time also
