Can someone give an update whats going on with this project? Exchange launche should be near. Is there a date?

there is no exactly date. they said they will launch beta test for trade.io exchange in the end of April.

As today is almost the end of the month I think they will prolong a bit the launch of the platform as You mentioned before.
Regarding other statements mentioned here - they are custom in most cases. If the released product is good and has no many bags - it will succeed, otherwise - it will drop the price.
But after the successful launch of the platform, it could be too late to buy TIO with good profit.
