I've been trying to raise the fiat to buy them out for a few weeks.

Note the 100% climb on Polo/Bittrex was was from just 8 BTC in volume or about $1,000 in buy volume...

I don't think they have been for a long time. Their system is so poorly designed it causes double withdrawals sometimes so that may be why.

Cryptsy does have withdrawal issues but I still think they are solvent.  Part of the stack is in LTC playing for the rise.  LTC moves are much higher than BTC moves percentage wise.  When LTC hits 5 bucks again I'll flip back.
