i will give it a try maybe i will be lucky I would definitely avoid BTER now, they tried to buy in lisk crowdsale using crypti funds from their cold wallet. There are some other chinese exchanges, like yuanbaohui, jubi, but they are all very picky. I don't know what it would take for FLO to be added there.
|
reality ? you fell to Scammers after being in an ICO , IPO (more like any other stock and index in the world ICO or not got your portfolio down 25 % or 85 %) Now SEC is helping you getting back up your lost money maybe....

I've reached out to Jubi and Btc38... there was one more that I can't recall the name. I'd say that FLO and the projects surrounding it should make the cut being that they are going to be fairly important globally, but getting their eyes on them first is key. The answer is always no if we don't ask, but I believe we can get at least one solid Chinese exchange on our own. We may have to bring in a native speaker eventually. Hope for the best and plan for the worst... going global is never easy, but we got good stuff to bring to them. I was hoping one of us had a friend or a direct contact in that region. BTC-E would be wonderful as well... as we all know they are fairly tight asses as of lately.

Would you be open to trying the prebuilt gitian binaries posted by Devon above? I compiled them using gitian or if you want you could run through the gitian build process yourself located here: https://github.com/dloa/florincoin/blob/master-0.10/doc/gitian-building.mdAnd https://github.com/dloa/florincoin/blob/master-0.10/doc/release-process.md

I wanted to send 100k Flo to Polo and not having used my Flo wallet for some time, downloaded and synched the latest wallet which according to florincoin.org was v0.8.7.4 and to this day this is still listed as v0.8.7.4. When the funds didn't go through, i checked this thread and noticed a hardfork had taken place as of 26 March.
Is there anything I can do do get these funds or are they lost to the wind?

Just download the new version of the client and you should have your coins. If you were on a 0.8.7.4 fork the block that mined your 100k transaction isn't in the current blockchain, so your wallet should still have those coins in it.

Anyone else finding 0.10.4 for OS X is crashing just as the wallet attempts to sync? Is this because I should be rescanning. Would be appreciated if someone could outline this in steps?
I'm not technically inclined, from the crash log these bad/invalid operations stood out. Any suggestions as to what i might be doing wrong would be helpful?
