Take the time to learn as much as you can about cryptocurrency knowledge.  Do not be impatient do not be lazy.  Patience is a must first thing a newbie has to do

And for thid gorum if you newbie you will get good information and knowledge from this forum as in this forum most experienced investors and traders here

Learn a lot from members who share their thoughts and their opinions regarding different topics here at bitcointalk.org. I think you shoul start learning the basic technical analysis. Learn before you earn. That means do your own research first with whatever venture you will do or join. Read informations from google and ask help and guidance from someone who has more knowledge with cryptos

All I can suggest for you is that you have to buy Bitcoin and Ethereum even more. Because if you buy Bitcoin and Ethereum in large quantities, I'm sure you will not regret it because these two coins are very promising. So you do not have to worry and hesitate to save Bitcoin and Ethereum. Before you enter the cryptocurrency market, read books and articles and understand the basic concepts: how the cryptocurrencies appeared, what are their main features and how the ecosystem is arranged

Yes.
1. Separate (for example
- Buy HOLD - 55% - coins/tokens that you will not sale at least for a year
- Buy Trade - 40% - coin/tokens that you will be trade
- Different games - 5% - such as CryptoKitties. For me as I love footbal I choose - https://cryptocup.io/landing - it's the first World Cup prediction game in the blockchain.
2. Research
Don't buy coins/tokens that are all are talking about

My advice is simple - buy coins when everyone sells and sells when everyone buys, listen to the advice of others but make decisions only after a good analysis of the information and on the basis of personal beliefs!

My advice for newbie is not to get to excited about all kind of promises that people made about their cryptocurrency, learn how bitcoin works first and understand what makes bitcoin unique from every other kind of payment.

my most important advice for beginners is that all beginners closely monitor the exchange rate of cryptocurrencies and time invested in it

Hi guys,

Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me  Undecided

I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i  am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that.

Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc???

Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins.

cheers
I can see you really have interest into crypto, you dont need to asks us what you are gonna do with your altcoins or what move is good to do, since you are really interested in here, I know that you will do your own research and you will find your answers by yourself.

Please tell the newbie, what are the current bounty campaigns that pay awards with tokens (coins), which are already traded on the exchange? Let them pay not much, but that it was possible to bring the earned coins immediately to the exchange.

Well, for a newbie you have a good portfolio:) i would take a closer look at what people say about Ethereum if i were you. I think this coin is gonna grow reasonably in near future.

first of all congrats for joining crypto. just an advice if you are planning to invest in crypto but afraid to use your money then there's a lot of way to earn profit which you can use as an investment like joining in signature campaign, just rank up your account to atleast junior member or member so you can join to signature campaign and gain tokens.  Cheesy

I think for a beginner if you want to invest in crypto you better wait because at this time altcoin price is still recovering, and then you will get the benefits and beginners like you-you have to be more careful if you want to invest or trade every day because the market is also less stable

Just keep reading about cryptocurrency and try to learn how the things work here. Learn to observe and of course only listen to your own instinct often.
This is the worst advice I've ever seen so that everyone can give you advice. To succeed in Crypto, learn and read about how Blockchain works do not help you succeed. Find your failures then you become successful.

I advise you to learn about the basics of Bitcoin, specifically about how Blockchain works , try to understand the trading .And always calm , do not make hasty decisions, distribute risks and do not give in to emotions. Always remember that every investment has risk so better be prepared not just with profits and gains but with loses as well.

Maybe you are fortunate enough, maybe you really have the talent for investment, then since you can earn a lot of money in this industry, you can choose to continue to invest, I think there are more opportunities in this industry, I wish you good luck.

In my opinion, the main thing is to study in this market, namely to learn to trade and understand how this market works, it is also very important to follow news that is very fast and often misplaced.
