Hey Doug, please reply my ticket, I have problem since 2 weeks ago, someone stealing my balance.
Better you read from first email here, I'm copy from my ticket. Please investigate.

[...]

Almost 2 weeks, I have no respond about this ticket ?

Your support very bad, I'm still want investigate why by balance became nil!

Sorry about that. I have responded now. But I don't think there's anything I can do.

Someone logged in to your account using your username and password and withdrew your balance. I don't know how they got your password, but they got it righton the first attempt so it wasn't brute-forced.

I would recommend contacting Poloniex and seeing if they can work with you, since I think that's where your coins were withdrawn to.

Can you suggest me any clam online wallet to use for deposits and withdrawal at just-dice?

As far I can see in the Clam thread, no online clam wallet are available, you can use exchange sites or sites that offer Clam services like Just-Dice but that is not very secure, specially with exchanges sites, Just-Dice is fine because is a service that have been running without issues for more than 3 years, also most all the Clams in circulation are there, but is usually because people want to stake and invest there.

If you're looking to have control of your Clams locally you should consider the official Clam Client that is on the Clam thread, you will need to take a time to sync it, but after that you will have control of your wallet better than using a 3rd party. Also you need to take measures to protect your clams in your computer like encrypting your wallet and stuff like that. Anyways if someone knows about a trusted online Clam wallet option besides Just-dice they will soon or later inform us here.

if you need something leave me a message.

Do u know by any chanche how much clams are staked every 24 hours on just-dice.com?

You can see daily stats here: https://just-dice.com/misc/wagered.txt

It looks like it's been around 1300 per day recently.

So JD holds the vast majority of all the clams? Or did I read that wrong?

JD holds around 66% of all the CLAMs (that have been staked or dug up), but stakes a considerably higher percentage of the coins staked each day.

The reason for the difference is that the 2nd biggest holder is likely poloniex, and they don't stake their coins at all.

I never understood why they wouldn't stake and take a 10% cut of coins earned or something.

They make more money and they help decentralize the coin that they are risking their asses on by accepting deposits...

Somehow they're already making enough money that the extra 10% here just fell below their radar?  I dunno.  It is surprising that they wouldn't stake on reasonably valuable POS altcoins that they support.

Looking at their volume and trading fees, I could understand how 10% of staked clams is rather insignificant and not worth the effort. Plus, if they were to sell those earnings on their own exchange, it surely would cause some shitstorm and (valid) accusations of driving the price down.

Or maybe they just trying to avoid gaining >50%?

Do they stake any other PoS coins?

I don't believe you can stake coins in a cold wallet.  That is the point of it not being connected.  There is that plus, the accounting nightmare, and that's multiplied because clams are on margin and lending.

I think the 10% was supposed to be Poloniex's cut for staking the clams on the exchange, the other 90% would be given back to clam holders.  At least that's how I read it.

I figure that's the main reason. They want to keep customer coins mostly offline, which means they can't stake them.

Just-Dice keeps all the coins it holds online to stake them. Most are far removed from the site itself, but they are still "online".

Just in case someone else searches for it x25 is the max offsite investment claim available.
for some reason i thought it was x100 and structured my original investment to that amount.

x100 would be to swingy I guess making it more attractive to the other side of things.

Upswing time JD, Let's go!

This. I don't think many players use it like that, but just-dice is surely one of the best lottery around.

Hi, what is the max bet or max win in just-dice?

There is a limit on how much any single bet can profit. That limit is set to 0.5% of the total (onsite + offsite) bankroll.

Right now you cannot profit by more than 134.6k CLAMs per bet. The limit updates in real time.

In practice nobody has ever got close to that limit. The biggest win so far was a little under 40k CLAMs.
