Now i can't convert to new contract: 0x46b9Ad944d1059450Da1163511069C718F699D31. I followed the guide from telegram group but still fail at step 3.

It's just temporary don't worry IDEX is still being developed, so they constantly improve their exchange and maintenance is mandatory to create a good decentralized exchange.
