It's important to recognize your employees' individual and team contributions, both publicly and privately. Don't wait till a huge project is finished or another big event happens-make recognition regular monthly and yearly events.
Hold occasional surprise celebrations for teams or individuals. Even if all you offer is pizza, a paid lunch out, or ice cream sundaes, your workers will be motivated by the fact that someone noticed their work and said "thank you."

Employer should offer the right incentives that will impact the employee's personal brain and personal types to keep them mentally and emotionally invested in doing their best. The compensation depends with their contribution. If an employee have done tremendous amount of work on their own, don't expect them to be happy if you reward the whole team.

What do you think?Motivate is really motives our mind.Another thing, when you’re inspiring people, you’re not telling them exactly what to do or giving them precise directions. You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.
Give them words that can uplift their working experience. Also, give them credit on their job. Additional salary is necessary. Allow them to breath and have a lively environment so that they won't feel like working but enjpying their daily lives.

how to motivate people to work: show him the results you achieve so that someone is more motivated to work, show also the difficulties that you go through so he know to get the results should be more work spirit. a person will enthusiasm work when he is shown the results to be achieved if someone is passionate

Motivation is about moving people to act in a way that achieves a specific and immediate goal. You should offer them something they want in return if you want to motivate your people to do something they may not necessarily want to do. It would be nice if you could give your people extra days off or even bonus. But things being what they are these days, the best you may be able to offer is the hope that no one will lose a job.

I think that it depends on the person.To motivate perhaps a good salary and good working conditions,but if it is uninteresting to work more then no motivation will help
