As long as we can more and more merchants accepting bitcoin, I have full faith in its future.  good news is google is also now considering bitcoin as payment method and they are going in next few weeks with this Really wow that is good news.. I will be ramping up my bitcointalk shirts... |

There's no rational reason to buy into any of these long term arbitrary timeframes.
Whatever Bitcoin is ever going to do is mostly going to be in the next few years, because it either captures certain markets because of competitive advantage / utility, or it doesn't.

You shouldn't take those "prediction" in the speculation board seriously lol. Some "expect" bitcoin to crash to single-digit, and some "expect" bitcoin to go to 10K.  |

When the dollar will crash, a lot of people are going to flee the dollar and get into bitcoins, the price of bitcoin in fiat could jump to ten or twenty thousands, it doesn't mean it will buy what 20,000$ can buy today because all the prices will have rise but we can realistically hope that it will rise much faster than other goods |
