My wallet seems to be working just fine, however, it hasn't staked anything yet and without the weight or estimated time to reward, it's a bit hard to tell if it's working on it. Has anyone gotten anything from staking from the new wallet yet out of curiosity?

Well at least this coin is predictable, you can always know that tomorrow it will be cheaper. (Down from $12 to$10 today)

Why don't you list on a couple of other exchanges so when your only exchange is not working, you don't have no buying and selling available? Are you trying to emulate the Nano disaster here?

So to summarise:

1. fix wallets PROPERLY
2. reverse disastrous decision on masternodes
3. get more exchanges
4. watch coin value rise

Cryptopia had the wallet disabled for a while, then they "enabled" it, it's been showing the "OK" status and 11 connections for a day or so, but in reality it's not working at all.

No need to do anything, just make sure that "staking is active" showing. About POS blocks they not generating now in full speed, net didnt stabilized yet coz 1/3 of it still on old version https://chainz.cryptoid.info/lux/#!network. So till all net will be based on latest 4.2 version so POS blocks will be rare comparing as it was eariler.

Try the following

1. IMPORTANT !!!!! Backup your wallet.dat
2. Close wallet, if it does not close by itself, kill it with task manager
3. Go to %appdata%\lux and delete everything except wallet.dat
4. Downlaod and unzip this in the lux folder https://bootstrap.luxcore.io/bootstrap.zip
5. Download peers.dat (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/416283023605235723/416283682865807370/peers.dat) and put it into %appdata%\lux
6. Start the wallet
7. It should start with "importing blocks from disk" while it searches for peers. This will take a few hours.

Cryptopia has the problems with time of deposits and withdraws these days. They process slowly but still it is running.

How to do you know that it is actually "running"? LUX deposits were slow on cryptopia before, but their wallet was actually connected to the network and the block height was updated every hour or so. Now it's been 24+ hours since they've "enabled" their LUX wallet, and since then their block height didn't move an inch, it's been at 187980 all this time and I haven't heard from anyone successfully depositing LUX to cryptopia yet. I mean why would it work if the current height is 188700 — they're ~ 700 blocks behind.

Add "staking=0" to your lux.conf.

Thank you for the guide on syncing wallet. I remember that I have mined several LUXcoins, not much, and I have not upgraded my wallet so far behind current version. I almost used the second or third version of LUXcoin wallet. I have tried to open it but it can not be opened. Can I fix the problem and keep my coins, then transfer them to newest version of wallet safely, dev?
