What do you mean with "profit"? This coin has no value yet as it's not traded on exchanges. It could be not worth anything, it's over 23 mil premined.

pos work only afte 10.000 block?

I think it is pure POW till 10K blocks and then move to POS . Anyways lets wait for dev to confirm .

Yes it is active though POS difficulty is very high. After block 10,000 it will be pure POS
