Hello. And if you collect 100 000 Eth during pre-sale, what will be the goal for ICO?
Hello, if they manage to collect such a sum during the pre-sale, ICO won’t start at all)

As far as I understand, each tenant will have his own rating on Rentberry platform. And then I got interested, will the rating somehow influence the cost of renting a property in the service?

Hello everybody. Does anyone know, will there be a transaction commission in Rentberry besides the other commissions for services? I'm wondering what its percentage will be.

You write that you plan to compile your own rating of renter and landlords in the future in order to calculate the amount of the dawn payment. When can it happen?

It is interesting, for what purposes do the founders of Rentberry want to conclude cooperation with APPII. I just don’t understand how they will help the platform operate better)

Greetings byteminr,

Thanks for your questions. Rentberry is the long-term rental platform comparing to airbnb so we are not competitors.
We do have bounty program. You may read the details on: https://rentberry.cryptonomos.com/ ("Bounty Campaign" section).
The bonuses during the first days of the sale are 33%. You would need to hurry up to get 33% as this offer is valid for a limited time only.

Good afternoon. Will the bonuses be the same during the ICO as they were during the pre-sale?

Hello Askon,

Thanks for your interest in Rentberry ICO! We do not have a pre-sale, the token sale has started today and the early-bird bonuses are 33% for 2 weeks only.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to use this cryptocurrency to buy BERRY coins. For payment on the sale will be accepted only Btc and Eth.

I think that the use of the credit bureaus for such service is unacceptable. After all, none of the modern credit bureaus do not take into account people’s connection with properties renting, so they can't evaluate a person for the industry. It is a pity that the developers Rentberry didn't consider it when they were working on the project.

You're absolutely right that the credit bureaus are not suitable for evaluating people for the industry of rental real estate. That is why the platform will not use their data in its work. The project will develop its own scoring system that will collect data about activities in Rentberry, renters and landlords, forming a single rating, which can be viewed by other users.

Sounds good. I’m interested, in what countries you should rent property, so the that system works?

The Scoring System will work on the territory of any state. For example: if the user has previously rented the property only in the USA, formed the rating will work, if he needed to rent an apartment, for example, in Germany. Modern credit bureaus, basically, operate only on the territory of one country, so their scores are not valid on the territory of other states. This is one of the main benefits of Scoring System.

Oh man Airbnb on the blockchain. Probably lower fees. There is no reason why a company should make bank when all they provide is an app. Also, it being decentralized completely gets around a lot of issues, since there is no one particular company to target with government action.

Good luck dev team!
