Unfortunately, the names can’t be revealed. But partnership is established   with companies from the European Union, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, as far as I know. You can find the project’s growth forecasts in the WP. You should get interested!)

If you mean to pay with berry tokens for rent, then yes, according to the whitepaper, they're planning to introduce this option. They're even planning to partner with utility companies to make it possible to pay utility bills with berry.

I really like the fact, that they have already a fully operational long-term rental platform. This gives the whole ICO way more reliability.

2018. This means no more fees will be incurred that will be associated with a credit card or
wire transfer payment, bounced checks, unrecorded cash transactions, or long wait times for
receiving payments. The risk of any fraudulent activity will be minimized as all payments will
be recorded on an immutable ledger

How will it be like?

Will you adjust berry amount to fiat? For example, they make an agreement 1000$ per month. So if berry 10$ in that month, they will pay 100 berries and if berry 1$ in second-month tenant will pay 1000.
