It seems a good idea, however I think that similar projects ico were not successful so far. What has this ico more interesting than others?

Well, real-estate projects like these need time. Something, where Rentberry is ahead of the competition, is that it has already a working business with 120k users and 220k properties.

This really is going to be a huge project. So investors for this project shouldn't be impatient and should be in for a long haul. But I think it will be all worth it in the end.

Yes, it is not easy to compare a running business with start-ups.

Rentberry is far ahead of them.

I was wondering. is there anything left to decentralize? And I see the answer now: Home rental!
What countries will this project focus on?

There are others, like for example Relest. The point is not centralized or decentralized the point is eliminate the middle man and store data on immutable blockchain

I agree. The reward and work ratio should be equal for people to really have the steam to do it.

Well its a competition, high rewards will attract many bounty hunters.
But if they dont really need much , then its not necessary to increase the reward.

I have been checking the website and I can't find anything in Europe. When are you going to implement it?

That would be my question as well.

As per their roadmap expansion to Europe and Asia is planned for Q3 2019, still a long time to go.

So Europe won't be among the first target areas? That's a shame. I believe European investors would have much more incentive to invest in Rentberry would also be operating in Europe.

Yes I checked the website and for now, Rentberry seems to be active only in the United States. I like the platform/website, very easy to use.

The United States is quite sufficient for their activities. At this stage, this is a big market for them. The site is good, but I've never seen a counter of tokens sold. It is indicated only about 4 million dollars from investors.

Well, that's the problem nowadays. A lot of people are only interested in the fast money. And as soon as the project gets delayed a bit, they lose hope in it.

Quick question here,
What are the value of this token?
And also is there any benefits for token holder?

Hah! Considering the housing technologies construction continuing to become cheaper, what are the forecasts for the sales market, for example, until 2015?

on the other hand, how are you going to market your prodcut if there is noone to market it OO"

bounties must be higher...

Im pretty sure you know that bounty campaign isnt the only strategy for marketing  Grin
And also im pretty sure that you know some projects that doesnt even have bounty campaign but still the token sale run smoothly  Grin

I mean not the quantity, not the price.
The quality.

Hi dev. I read on your site "Members of the Rentberry community may cover a portion of rental security deposits in exchange for rewards, thus unlocking millions of dollars and reducing financial burden for tenants." Can you explain? I don't understand what's the point?

The best projects need any bounty. If you have a very good product you don't need a bounty. I see no problem that they only have a small bounty.

Bounty's have been very successfull for other ICO's in the past.
Imo i would provide a good bounty, but on the other hand if RentBerry already raised 4.000.000 $, then i understand that they don't need it.
