This project caught my attention. This is one of a kind project. Actually this is the first time a saw this kind of platform. It will be convenient to those people who have struggles finding home rentals. I wonder what if the customer don't have your coin? They can still use actual money or currency as payment?

In fact, recently there was a very similar Relest project, but he could not raise money.

I'm interested in something else:
Partner with utility companies to give users the ability to pay the bills directly via Rentberry's platform.
Why is the most convenient service scheduled for 2020?

Wow I remember that I listened to Joe Rogans podcast with Andreas Antonopoulos a while ago and he was saying that he was paying his rent in bitcoin. It is going to become reality for the mainstream soon

not soon enough in my opinion. I'm glad so many projects are springing up around crypto.

There are often problems due to bad faith among tenants and landlords, security deposits, undelivered services, malicious and disrespectful people, contracts not honored..... the blockhain will be able to intervene to restore confidence between stakeholders and thus improve the market.

Agree, this is one of those cases where trust is needed, so the use of the block chan technology fit quite well

If tokens are used as a means of payment, then the blockchain is necessary for control. But if you use ordinary money, all these questions of mistrust are solved by traditional legal methods. This project wants to improve the real estate rental area with the help of new technologies. But this entails a matter of trust in the project itself. The value of tokens as a means of payment will depend only on the existence of this company. It is not decentralization, but centralization. So there is both positive and the negative sides.

I’ve read a lot about similar projects ... But what are the rental deposits?!! Can I rent my bank account?! I'm shocked if its’ really true!

Hello g8stTDas,
Thanks for your interest!
The holders of BERRY tokens will be able to utilize tokens for rental security deposits of quality tenants using the crowdsourced security deposit network and generate returns in BERRY tokens based on a market-driven percentage of what was funded.

I have been checking the website and I can't find anything in Europe. When are you going to implement it?

Greetings!

Rentberry will start global expansion in 2018. First of all are planning to expand to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and England. We are planning to expand across Europe and Asia in 2019.

I checked out your website. there's plenty of offers in big citys in USA, but not so much in smaller towns, or foreign contries.

Will it be possible to rent apartments with your token?

I think that's only the matter of time. They will implement BERRY tokens for paying rent, participating in crowdsourced security deposits and many other things.

The plans to create an international standard of the procedure of renting real estate are really cool. Do you think you’ll need to get any additional licenses in order to implement it?

You indicate in the description of the project that the users will be able to perform  any operations related to long-term rental of real estate as fast as possible at one place. So I’m wondering why there won’t be any opportunity for a landlord and a renter to communicate if there was such an announce?

Looks promising, just a pitty the worldwide expansion will be a bit late...
nice to see they already reached their softcap in a very short period... It's clear a lot of people are waiting for something like this.
added to my follow list.
Would be great if they could move the worlwide expansion a bit higher up the roadmap.. but let's see how well it runs for now Wink

Hello. I don’t know where you learned that there won’t be such an opportunity. It will be there! Users will be able to communicate via sms-chat and, if I’m not mistaken, to make voice calls.

And what about signing of a lease agreement? You should meet in order to do this.

No, a landlord and a renter can avoid spending their time on meeting. The platform will offer to sign an electronic contract using digital signature.

And as for the long-term, rental, does Rentberry provide any services after the agreement is concluded and the deal is over?
