The concept of Rentberry is disruptive i think, that will Make the rental market more fair and transparent and home rental is a very good industry to apply blockchain. I’m impatient to start using the platform.

I just watched the video is very interesting and explains all aspects of the Rentberry project quite well thanks to having shared with us... Rentberry will become even bigger with its adoption of blockchain technology that will enticed more customers to use the platform.

In the future there will be no paper money, so that there is no choice.

Your platform is just for classical renting right? Can it be used for short term renting like at AirBNB?
Would like to hear something about this

It's interesting, do not trust the venture funds, they can negatively affect the price on the exchange.

There are other ICOs who created a platform for real estates and home rentals, what makes you think yours is better than theirs. Are you going to use your own software for identity authentication or you're planning to buy it somewhere else?
I know of REAL, but that is more for buying real estate. Can you tell me what competitive projects there are for RentBerry? I also think about Relest which ,however, focusses mainly on real estate auctions. Their ICO is running at the moment but don't know how successful it is. Oh you're right. Completely forgot about them. Which tells you a bit about their success.....Not that my stamp of approval means anything

Although not the first one to do this in real estate space. Rentberry has a good track record. I am looking forward to reading up about the business side of things.

My confidence to this project is becoming more and more apparent by the day. I am watching YouTube yesterday and this morning and I just saw them out there marketing and advertising Rentberry. I think that is a good sign. Good job Rentberry. Keep up the visibility.

Yes, they were existing already even before they adopt the blockchain technology. So I really hope this succeeds. I am seriously thinking of investing in Rentberry now. But I needed more research, so I'll do just that before jumping right in.

Indeed, me too. We have some rooms that we can rent, however we are doing fine at the moment as rental business in the city that I'm in is really in demand. What I am after in this project is becoming a middleman and use this technology to promote those rental houses/rooms I'll be handling. So much promise to this project. I really hope success for this.

Rentberry is a concrete project, they already have more than 120 000 users and more than 224 000 properties, they aim to make rental real estate in the long term with management in a completely transparent way thanks to the blockchain, we have there a company already operational in full change towards innovations and without doubts towards success.

Having said that, a lot of startups on this business model ala uber where automation and algorithm act the middleman are facing a lot of flak. Also, in countries where discrimination against minorities are high, it would systematically enable the landlord to deny rental without the potential rentor knowing about it. I am saying this because the technological choice of the using blockchain is laudable but there are some question marks on the business model. Why can't rentberry allow bidders to be anonymous to the landlord he/she accepts the highest bid or the one fitting the criterias most?

Tell me, how will the payment for utility services be made using your token? Are you going to connect state enterprises responsible for water, electricity, gas, etc. to your platform?
