In which markets are you going to start your operation?

I think it will be USA first, since they already have a functional website with many properties listed there. According to the roadmap, they're planning an international expansion to Europe and Asia in 2020.

If they're launching in the USA and don't have any regulatory problems there, they shouldn't have them anywhere else. At least for now, we'll see how it will be in 2020.

Yes true, such listings certainly increase Rentberry's visibility, no matter if it's based on a sound analysis. Every potential investor should do his own due diligence and perhaps should regard these listings rather as some kind of marketing.

I think this could become the one rental platform on crypto which will make the breakthrough for this. Others I know have strange features I don't like etc. But with a feature like the smart-lock technology it could become really amazing, if they get it handled in the right way.

Inc., is that a trustworthy source? I am not familiar with that magazine. Also, I have not heard of any of their top 10 ICOs besides Rentberry. But sure, getting the second spot in a top 10 is always good.

A TOP 10 ranking these days is very good to be honest. and when you even reach TOP 3 , well... no need to say that this project has a lot of potential te become a success.
It's just a matter of good coding, good maintenance, and a solid team behind it to keep it in the topranking.
