You have hard cap in 30 mln$. But eth growing like crazy now. You have fixed hard cap in usd or in ETH?  Huh

Hello Magisterr,
Thanks for your question. The limit is fixed in USD and we are checking the rate every 5 minutes via Kraken.

Thank you. But price fixed in ETH? 1 ETH = 2,500 BERRY? or now, more tokens for 1 eth?  Roll Eyes

Due to the recent price increase for Ether it would make much more sense to have an adjustable rate of BERRYs per ETH.

I agree. you guys have had bad luck with the recent surge of ETH pricing.

I think it’s not a bad strategy to don’t show the counter on the website yet. It can avoid some speculation as dev said and don’t incentive people to invest just by fomo, but cause you think that the project is worth it. I like the idea of Rentberry team.
I agree - investors like this openness, binding tokens for USD makes this project even stronger and more stable.

It's great that you can order various services right within the platform. By the way, will it be possible to hire a gardener in order to make him cleaned up my yard every day and took care of the lawn and flowers?
As I understood from the white paper. On this platform you will be able to use all services related to renting, communal payments, home care, etc.

It will be very convenient, I think there will be something like private account, where there will be all information about communal payments and details.

well there are pros and contras for and against a counter on the website, but i preffer to having a counter to see, if there is a acceptance of the project by the wide public.

Hi everyone! If the landlord gets payment from renters in BERRY coins, will he be able to exchange them to fiat money within the platform?

I agree with you, it would be simple for mass adoption. I don't think that in the coming years we will use cryptos only, or maybe yes Grin I don't know I don't have a crystal ball

you know what the problem with that is? pegging the token to fiat. that's always bad. unless the platform is an exchange in and of itself.

I think there's no doubt that the token will be able to be exchanged into btc or other crypto. Isn't it?

Off course, there are exchanges for this, and hopefully very soon shapeshift systems which do this automatically.

It would be a very bad idea to no let the token be exchange to fiat money because most of the landlords are not going to need those tokens.

A partnership for future integration into currencies such as the Dollar would be fantastic, integration would be solely and exclusively for entry and exit of resources, but this would apply to each Locality in question, surely they should keep this in mind and in their script, but is the tip

most of the purposes that this project has to offer are not a great differential, its presentation is legal, the information in the project, it is direct, this is a positive point, but so far it has not attracted much attention, success development.

Hi everybody. Tell me how many tokens can I get for 5 Eth?
Hello. Unfortunately, you won’t get any tokens for 5 Eth, since the minimum purchase amount is 10 Eth.

Damn, that's too much. They only need whales now? This is not a good thing for a project.

Hi, the minimum amount available for the purchase is 0.1 ETH.

What the hell man? If you don't know the answer or not sure about it don't write.

I was checking the thread and thought I can join a little. Later, saw 10 eth and nearly closing the page, now this.

10 ETH right now are more then $7,000. For sure isn't for small investors at all hahah. It's for Landlords I guess, what do you think?

0.1 Eth is $70, me thinks. With 10 eth you can get tens of thousands of rentberries. Not too big an amount for an investment but yes the starting price of 0.1 eth is alright.

As stated earlier, RentBerry had already an existing business platform. You can check it out at https://rentberry.com/?_ga=2.148898677.2104169155.1513169480-1801434163.1513169480.
This is a great advantage over other projects, investors see what they are investing and not just only idea.

Going through the T&Cs. How should i interpret the below paragraphs? Does it mean BERRY will not be on an exchange ever? Once i have bought the Tokens and vesting period has passed, i can never exchange them back to ETH and get out?? Can someone please clarify.

BERRY Tokens do not have any functionality or utility outside the Rentberry Platform.

The functionality and utility of Berry Tokens will therefore be limited to interacting with users/content within the confines of a single platform. BERRY Tokens will not have any functionality or utility outside the Rentberry Platform. It is therefore intended that BERRY Tokens will continuously circulate within the Rentberry Platform ecosystem. The Rentberry Platform will therefore be structured as a “closed system” insofar as the use of BERRY Tokens is concerned. Whilst it is possible that a secondary market could develop for trading BERRY Tokens, the Company will not create such secondary markets nor will it act as an exchange for BERRY Tokens. To the extent a secondary market or exchange for trading BERRY Tokens does develop, it would be run and operated wholly independently of the Company, the BERRY Token Sale and the Rentberry Platform.

Possibility of change to the intended functionality of BERRY Tokens
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF UNDERTAKING A LEGAL AND REGULATORY ANALYSIS OF THE FUNCTIONALITY OF BERRY TOKENS. FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THIS ANALYSIS, WE MAY DECIDE TO AMEND THE INTENDED FUNCTIONALITY OF BERRY TOKENS IN ORDER TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LEGAL OR REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS TO WHICH WE ARE SUBJECT. WE SHALL PUBLISH A NOTICE ON OUR WEBSITE OF ANY CHANGES THAT WE DECIDE TO MAKE TO THE FUNCTIONALITY OF BERRY TOKENS AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REGULARLY CHECK OUR WEBSITE FOR ANY SUCH NOTICES. ON THE CONLCUSION OF THIS ANALYSIS, WE WILL DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT TO CHANGE THE FUNCTIONALITY OF BERRY TOKENS.

In my opinion this means that on the Rentberry you won't be able to exchange eth/fiat/btc for berry, also they're going to make their erc20 compliant to regulatory agencies like the SEC

Really confused right now. Do you mean rentberries bought through presale and ICOs can only be used as internal tokens for Rentberry Platform and wouldn't hit exchange like Bittrex? While I am aware that trading in etherdelta of erc20 tokens are possible, their value rises usually when there are news or potential of hitting a trading exchange. This will make it unattractive as an investment.

Its really huge that Rentberry has already a business platform available. Its totaly insane for a project to has a working platform in early stage and during ico, i think it’s a very good argument for investors and for the future of the project.

A lot of apartment photos on the Rentberry website contain watermarks from other real estate brokerages. Is that normal practice and why are they not using photos without watermarks?

Since you brought up this I went ahead and googled about watermarks. If you are interested in cons and pros here you go Tongue http://pixlr.com/blog/why-you-shouldnt-watermark-your-photos-plus-a-template-to-help-you-do-it/

I was more thinking about this:

9. The listings should not duplicate the images from another listing.
10. No watermarks are allowed.

https://rentberry.com/listing-requirements

But I see many brokerages are cross posting apartments from their own site on Rentberry, including their own watermarks. For example:

https://rentberry.com/condos/446211-three-br-16-warren-st-new-york-ny
https://www.citihabitats.com/manhattan-real-estate/for-rent/tribeca/16-warren-street,-3/6643397

maybe the owner of the real estate from citihabitats listed it on the rentberry page? afaik you can list stuff there too

They are sneaky about it, in many cases the watermark is hidden from the thumbnail but shown when zoomed in.

Photos with watermarks are against Rentberry's terms of service, but there are so many now, if they enforce that rule they will not have many apartments left to list.
