I can’t understand why Rentberry users should finance renters’ deposits? There’s no profit from it, but the money completely lose their liquidity for some time. All in all, it’s just a useless option for a platform.
You’re wrong when you say that Rentberry users won’t be able to make profit for financing the deposits. This is the very incentive to do this. Users will receive interest for the financing the deposits.

But I don’t understand how can renters benefit from this opportunity.

Firstly, not every renter can afford to cover the entire deposit, so Rentberry users will help each other in such situations. Secondly, the financing of the user's deposit by the “large” members of the Rentberry community increases the renter’s reputation for the landlord and it’s easier for them to negotiate on lease of real estate.

Well, that explains a lot. Do you know how soon will the users who deposited their funds receive their reward?

Rentberry allows investors to buy a property and then rent it over the long term so no need to look for tenants every six months and especially tenants are guaranteed to stay in their rental for the long term. The agreement is done in a transparent and fair manner, so that the landlord-tenant relationship will be healthier, there will be more confidence and several barriers to rental investment will be lifted.
if it will be really so it will be a good way of investing for investors, maybe the rental world will change for the better when rentberry will be on the market

I’ve been relatively recently into this area. Can you tell me on what wallets it will be possible to store BERRY coins after the ICO is over?

In general, you can store them on a platform. And you can also use any wallets that support ERC-20.

When they already cover a big part of other countries, this will surely get enough attention to survive.
But I just wonder if their world wide spread will cross other waters to head for some european countries.

Going through the T&Cs. How should i interpret the below paragraphs? Does it mean BERRY will not be on an exchange ever? Once i have bought the Tokens and vesting period has passed, i can never exchange them back to ETH and get out?? Can someone please clarify.

BERRY Tokens do not have any functionality or utility outside the Rentberry Platform.

The functionality and utility of Berry Tokens will therefore be limited to interacting with users/content within the confines of a single platform. BERRY Tokens will not have any functionality or utility outside the Rentberry Platform. It is therefore intended that BERRY Tokens will continuously circulate within the Rentberry Platform ecosystem. The Rentberry Platform will therefore be structured as a “closed system” insofar as the use of BERRY Tokens is concerned. Whilst it is possible that a secondary market could develop for trading BERRY Tokens, the Company will not create such secondary markets nor will it act as an exchange for BERRY Tokens. To the extent a secondary market or exchange for trading BERRY Tokens does develop, it would be run and operated wholly independently of the Company, the BERRY Token Sale and the Rentberry Platform.

Possibility of change to the intended functionality of BERRY Tokens
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF UNDERTAKING A LEGAL AND REGULATORY ANALYSIS OF THE FUNCTIONALITY OF BERRY TOKENS. FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THIS ANALYSIS, WE MAY DECIDE TO AMEND THE INTENDED FUNCTIONALITY OF BERRY TOKENS IN ORDER TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LEGAL OR REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS TO WHICH WE ARE SUBJECT. WE SHALL PUBLISH A NOTICE ON OUR WEBSITE OF ANY CHANGES THAT WE DECIDE TO MAKE TO THE FUNCTIONALITY OF BERRY TOKENS AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REGULARLY CHECK OUR WEBSITE FOR ANY SUCH NOTICES. ON THE CONLCUSION OF THIS ANALYSIS, WE WILL DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT TO CHANGE THE FUNCTIONALITY OF BERRY TOKENS.

In my opinion this means that on the Rentberry you won't be able to exchange eth/fiat/btc for berry, also they're going to make their erc20 compliant to regulatory agencies like the SEC

Really confused right now. Do you mean rentberries bought through presale and ICOs can only be used as internal tokens for Rentberry Platform and wouldn't hit exchange like Bittrex? While I am aware that trading in etherdelta of erc20 tokens are possible, their value rises usually when there are news or potential of hitting a trading exchange. This will make it unattractive as an investment.

Hello,
We are in the process of discussing with the largest exchanges for our tokens to be listed there. The paragraph quoted means that the tokens cannot be used on other platforms for example in Civic/Paragon/etc or some other ICOs and exchanged there for some services. This was already discussed in our Telegram chat. Please, feel free to join and contact Rentberry admins directly if you still have any questions.

Yes, of course! But you can simplify this process and register with the help of your Google account.

You have hard cap in 30 mln$. But eth growing like crazy now. You have fixed hard cap in usd or in ETH?  Huh

Hello Magisterr,
Thanks for your question. The limit is fixed in USD and we are checking the rate every 5 minutes via Kraken.

Thank you. But price fixed in ETH? 1 ETH = 2,500 BERRY? or now, more tokens for 1 eth?  Roll Eyes

Due to the recent price increase for Ether it would make much more sense to have an adjustable rate of BERRYs per ETH.

Agree !

Hello everyone. I correctly understand that to finance other people's deposits can only be coins BERRY and no other currencies?

I think so, yes. As the whole platform is build around the token and this will be used for the normal payments too.
