When my question will be solved? - #20365
The issue is already 14 days!
The transaction has confirmations: 6496!
But in Pending Deposit still only 3 confirmations!
To Cryptsy:

Tickets like the one here really need the HIGHEST PRIORITY. It's scary to think any one of us customers could have this result (hung deposits)
for such a long period of time! Or withdrawals too of course.
Cryptsy:
For all of us; please somehow figure out how to MAKE DELAYED DEPOSITS the
number one Priority to solve. It only makes since because either these transactions
are meant to usually purchase something immediately, or to SELL them immediately.
Thus why those should carry the highest priority to be solved if at all possible.
Myself, I stayed away for two weeks. And after resuming trading I refuse to trade in
the peak period of 5pm to midnight if at all possible. The system is just too laggy to
have confidence all will go well during peak usage. And so far trading during off peak
times has resulted in flawless outcomes as far as I am aware.
I have had good results with many deposits and withdrawals during off peak periods
the last few days but it's flat out scary to see a few of the posts above where customers
are stuck in limbo for what obviously is far too long, and wondering whats what and all.
Other than that the site worked flawlessly again today. I did receive bogus negative
balance e-mails a day ago but there were/are no negative balances. Worse the
e-mails didn't state which currency it was referring to nor what the balance(s) that
were supposedly negative were.
To traders: Best thing one can do is review carefully your trade history as you trade
each transaction to make certain there is no duplications or what not to avoid late
surprises. Especially when cancelling a trade then looking in trade history soon after
to see if indeed it was totally cancelled or that some of that trade was executed before
being fully cancelled. That's where some of these negative balances are triggered and
folks are not watching carefully their trade histories while the servers are lagging, and
wehn some of these issues are likely triggered.
Best thing to do is avoid trading when system is lagging/peak usage. (5PM to Midnight) Lastly: Until system is stable I copy/paste to notepad the Trade Data right off the screen
and only the Amount and Price per unit have to be copied alone. The rest can be had with
one copy/paste.
Also I copy and paste the beginning btc balance, and ending balance, and the Open Order
statement should the trade not get filled too fast. If it does I just review it in the Trade
History screen. Everyone needs to watch their trade results and also copy the data down
somewhere, somehow, just before commencing the trade(s). So that backtracking and
solving issues will be clear cut without any doubts after the fact. Date and save those trade
copy/pastes for any future needs!
Until the system is stable watch out Traders! Extra due diligence is obviously required.Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware
Best Regards to All & Happy Holidays,

P.S. Don't fret, they will get these issues solved sooner or later as they have always done!
