if the bitcoin stops its circulation or the bitcoin transaction has stopped then bitcoin fails in answering the challenges of the future that are in dire need of digital currency whose technology is open and its security is very high. Investors will feel pressured as bitcoin prices fall. |

I guess, this is the rumor only because it is quite impossible that the BTC community will stop. It is already that much popular and is used by millions of people that it sounds impossible. But if the worst thing happens and it stops then the entire world is going to suffer a huge loss because there are millions of people investing into BTC. If government would legalize it then only this situation could be avoided. |

i think bitcoin cant stop. because the onlt can stop bitcoin is just government and as we know now many country legal bitcoin even many thing can you buy with bitcoin.

Bitcoin has existed for a long time and it has only grown bigger. I think that Bitcoin will keep growing further and further and won't really stop in a long time. But if it does stop one day then i think the other coins will take over like ethereum.

The bitcoin network is maintained by miners all over the world, so it's impossible for all the miners to stop working, so the bitcoin won't stop immediately.

If Bitcoin's network would stop it would take all of the supporters and miners to withdraw their money then stop supporting transacting with BTC. It's imposible for now to make Bitcoin STOP it's only getting bigger and bigger.

If bitcoin stops, if it is possible, that would be the time where you will look on your investment and will see if you bought enough assets that can make you still indeendent without bitcoin. The only problem I would see if that happens is there are no assets left because instead of buying assets in the real world you tend to just hold and bougth nothing in return.

Even if bitcoin stops growing in price it's not for long. Soon he will start to rise again, I do not think that someone or something in force to stop bitcoin. This is just unreal. |

First of all this kind of speculation is to hypothetical meaning that it is like thinking outside the give bow we could think. Because if we are going to look at the development and the progress bitcoin had in the past few years and months we could know that bitcoin has already established its future for us to have and to try on setting an investment for us to have a chance to earn and to gain profit.

This is a very pessimistic thread but somehow a goof question. Bitcoin run for almost a decade and as time goes by, features are being brought ang improve. With that, we can say how users manage to let bitcoin run for a long years. But, if we are to face that sad fact, well nothing in this world is permanent but by its change, we have to deal and get ready with it. |

First who will stop bitcoin? And why? Its as hard as to steal bitcoin from blockchain. If all governments of all countries of the world decides unanimously to ban bitcoin currency then and then only this is possible. Bitcoin is holding nearly 50% investments of all cryptocurrencies, so it is not easy to stop bitcoin all of a sudden. If bitcoin`s stops its working completely, bitcoin mining industry will be the first to get affected badly. Bitcoin investors will lose their investments. Bitcoin related activities will stop and people will lose a good source of earning good source of additional income. Cryptocurrency market will go back by 10 years. But Altcoins will emerge as good option for bitcoin investors

Bitcoins is not a switch can be put off and on on a whim. The network cannot be simply put a halt by anyone not even the creator Satoshi Nakamota himself can stop bitcoins at all. |

In my view bitcoin as a decentralised digital currency has no direct governance over it. So in order for it to stop it has to mean that no one is using and trading, which is almost near impossible.
Exactly, there is no point of Bitcoin too be vanished all of sudden or slow n steadily. Too many people like and companies depends on bitcoins and it is the new thing for the world which is to be how the future financial transactions will be in pure digital way and fiat will be no more. For me bitcoin will rule the world by the year 2020. |

It's no different than saying we do not breathe in oxygen, once it's best that everything grows in its natural state, so bitcoin, whether it succeeds or not, it will help society grow. I do not need cash, I support bitcoin and I believe social bitcoin will not open the trend. |

I think bitcoin won't stop at all. Bitcoin has gone way lot ahead in its development, use, investments and much more. The time has arrived where we can't stop bitcoin at all but we can develop it into something even bigger. About the member of this group, well they are most talented ever and will bring up some other projects up fronts. We all are already a large community with thousands of new mind coming everyday. So someone will form something if anything wrong happens with bitcoin.  Just stay positive about bitcoin though as we did not have it to stop completely. Its decentralised and almost untouchable. |
