Who else is looking at the way those ask orders are stacked, especially the ones after .00250, and thinking, hmmmm?

Tactics yes, but not sure its trading tactics.

I thought the same thing, looks a though someone is intentionally trying to keep the price down

Seems someone is flushing weak hands down to get more shares at a discount rate.

Trip to Springfield - Quick Summary

I am going to give a very quick summary of my meeting with Ken.  I am going to be busy tomorrow, so I will try to get a thorough report out in a few days.  I also need to clarify a few things with Ken and let him review anything he might not want revealed at this time or at all.

Overall Impression - Good/Positive

Ken and I talked for a few hours.  I told Ken a little bit about myself, but we mostly talked about his endeavors.  He's got quite a bit of experience in all types of businesses and some good business philosophies to back it up.  I have the impression that Ken is a driven, honest, and frugal person.  I definitely did not sense any red flags at any time during our conversation.  Ken drove me over to Springfield Underground and VMC headquarters.  Here are the pictures I took.  More details to come in a few days.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/98907028@N08/

Great Pics! Sounds like it was a success. Can't wait to read FULL Report!

Too much down pressure on BitFunder. It will have to be relieved of about 500k shares before it goes back up to .0025. Good thing is, people are still buying on the way down.

Maybe, but i would have thought that phase would have happened already. Also, note how the activity around .00025 on AMC and BTC-TC was perfectly acceptable, where AM (Bitfunder) has been shut out of trading .00025, because of those large and CONTRIVED orders. If you ever wanted to see coordinated manipulation, that's it right there.

Agenda. what agenda!?

The price on BitFunder has a good margin to go up and down, as there are still lots of people that bought in at lower prices and are now selling for an immediate profit, nothing new here.

What boggles my mind is undercutting on btct.co, as all shares there are initially sold at .0025 and for the past days the outstanding shares have been increasing more than ever with a very positive outlook on getting the necessary NRE funds. Roll Eyes

Ken mentioned that he has 4 strategies for getting the NRE funds, none of which involve the walls ( although I am sure that they help). That being said, watching that wall get progressively smaller was definitely fun, I hope we get back to it soon

I m not sure what I m missing, but why would I purchase AMC-PT shares on BTCT @ BTC0.002500 and then have to go through the tendering process rather than buy AMC ones directly on BitFunder @ BTC0.00204001 and then tender them. Or buy ActiveMining shares @ BTC0.00209511 and avoid all the trouble.

I m sure there must be a good reason, just can't seem to get my head around it.

Would really appreciate if someone could take the time to explain that to me, cheers.

Sure. If you buy AMC-PT they will be tendered automatically by btct.co once ACTIVEMINING is approved, without any effort on your part. Also, buying them there from the big ask wall @0.0025 means your coin goes directly to ActiveMining's BTC balance, not to someone else.

The current problem with most bitcoin stock exchanges is that they don't support both a separate primary and secondary markets, so everything is thrown into a secondary market, even when a company needs to raise equity.

Watch both these videos, so you can better understand the difference between both:
