ActiveMining should concentrate on signing with eASIC and, given today's reports, any additional regulatory compliance (pending legal advice asap).

Both of these items, alongside formation of a board, will give shareholders confidence.

Everything else really should wait.

Transferring shares takes up valuable time that we need to work on our companies plans, so at this time we won't have a transfer plan available.

Ken,

I'd be willing to perform the transfers for you for a fee of 1 share per transfer.  Yes, I work cheap.

I transferred my AMC-PF shares to AMCTENDER1 on BTCT on July 9 and sent email to tender@activeminingcorp.com.

Now that the listing is approved on BTCT when you will start distributing the ActiveMining shares?

This is amazing. I am now 100% convinced (I was around 90% before) that this is a legitimate business because I cannot imagine any scam being so amazingly intricate that they draft legal documentation to register their company with the SEC (in addition to setting up an office, meeting people in person, etc.).

Ken,
Thanks for sharing! It's great to see such a through legal position on this security regarding the SEC and even state security laws.

Ken,

Bitfunder sucks.  Can you allow us to exchange our shares from Bitfunder to BTC-TC?  We can wait till you get back from California.

Please?

Hi Noah,

What about Bitfunder are you unhappy about that we can try to work on?
It may already be in progress.

Thanks,
Ukyo

When I place an order, and it goes through, sometimes i want to refresh and see if anything changed, but doing so creates another buy/sell order. Minor detail, but if you can get rid of it, its much easier to keep track of your orders.

It's good to see some documentation. Although it just seems like a bit of a disclaimer saying "buy at your own risk" because our asses are covered....

Private Placement Memorandum

"However, these 15,000,000 shares will not receive any dividends until the total dividends paid to the 10,000,000 shares in this offering are paid a total of .0025 BTC."

...'per share' is missing and the use of "AM" in the whole document makes me cringe.

The company is stronger and more resilient when its listed over multiple exchanges. Imagine if one exchange goes offline for the day or even a week, with the other one open share holders can watch price moves and its less likely there would be a huge price reaction when the down exchange comes back online.
