There has been the assumption that there would be a press release (from eASIC), but no confirmation until now...that is if you trust what Ken says, but generally I do (more recently than in the past, but still).

I don't think we have had it confirmed that Ken will be taking a dump today, hey Greymist can you shoot him off a PM and ask if he is regular at the moment? Then when you get the private message back you can share it with the world. Anything Ken shares in a 'private' message seems to be public property these days.
