Someone needs to be able to officially answer questions. There is a balance between ideal communication and what is happening now. The question is, how do we get there? The board that is being formed answer is starting to get stale.

Ken already received the funding he needs from shareholders, so why would he give a fuck about PR?  To increase the value of his ~100,000 shares he has left?  I think his focus is where it belongs -- making shit happen.

I'm going to answer this in my best VE voice...

Who the fuck said anything about Ken being the one to answer questions?  Smiley

EDIT: well, someone may have said that but not me and that's not what I'm suggesting.

It's so obvious someone is playing with the market, especially with all the 1-2 share "probes" into the bids, making it look like the price is higher/lower w/no volume. But hey thanks Ken for acknowledging the markets or any other concern/questions everyone else had in the last 100+ posts here. Well done.

Yes. The CEO should definitely spend his time answering the questions and concerns of individual shareholders instead of concentrating on running the company.
You are aware how silly that sounds right?

Legitimate questions need to be answered.. But asks for pictures of plane ticket stubs, or the 500 ALREADY ANSWERED QUESTIONS ABOUT TENDERING SHARES FFS.
I think we are at the stage now where all the important questions have been asked and answered. If you are still shakey I suggest instead of just whining on here you read through the thread like it seems all the confident people have done, and draw the conclusion for yourself.

It's no wonder people can manipulate the bitcoin markets and lie/cheat so easily.. It's too easy when whenever anyone has concerns or legitimate questions to ask to a "CEO", he often gets replies like this from people with blinders on hoping their shares go up even if the underlying fundamentals of the security could either be completely false, overstated or even nonexistent.

Did you even read what he wrote. He acknowledged that LEGITIMATE QUESTIONS need to be answered.

"I think we are at the stage now where all the important questions have been asked and answered.  If you are still shakey I suggest instead of just whining on here..." aka "everything is fine". It's not. And Ken SHOULD be here at least for more than 1 minute replying to the questions/concerns and at the very least address the market situation. Just a "This is unfortunate but..." statement would be fine. Maybe he's too busy packing his bags to Mexico with the $1M+ he made, who knows.  Cool

That would be like trying to crack a nut with a sledgehammer. I am suggesting someone help though. Why you choose to mock me with an exaggeration is... well, it's b/c you're VE. That's what you do.

Okay, so putting someone on payroll for answering questions all day long would be less than $100,000/year?
Would he be hiring a highschool student on a learn to work program?

You can have a legitimate question that is unimportant in the grand scheme of things.

Important questions "like is Ken legit?" have gradually been answered over time through forum detectives (lol) and people like babefoot checking out Ken's business in physical form, providing photos and a small report etc.

AND as people like VE have hinted at, their own questions have been answered by going to the source.

It's always the extreme with you. Do you seriously not see a way to improve communication without hiring someone for either 100k or just out of HS?

I know you're smarter than that.

BTW, I'm not trying to pick a fight or stir any shit up. I'm just trying to defend a reasonable suggestion from your exaggerations. Also, I'm not sure if you're offended or if you only have one tone that comes across in your emails.

What questions are there, that are left to be answered? Bear in mind, until further notice anything eASIC related is strictly NDA. If everytime the price goes down, you want the CEO to come bounding out like a clapping monkey to pump the price back up, then you're sadly mistaken.

What legitimate questions have been asked recently and have been unanswered? If I have missed it its because of all the bullshit that has been posted about tendering shares or speculation about market manipulation? Please if you are so keen on pushing this subject compile a post of LEGITIMATE questions. PM Ken with them and screen shot his answers and repost it.

Or I will do it and then be accused by you for photoshopping it.

Here is an example of how someone could be productive in this situation.

Me: Someone needs to be able to officially answer questions. There is a balance between ideal communication and what is happening now. The question is, how do we get there? The board that is being formed answer is starting to get stale.

Him: Hmm I'm not sure I agree... what exactly are you suggesting?

Me: Well, the first thing is, we need to get Ken involved in the conversation. Between the three of us we should be able to figure out if this is possible or not at this stage of the company's development.

Him: Good call, I'm free tomorrow most of the day. Lets call Ken and see if he is available at all tomorrow.

Dear attention deficit disorder crowd,

If you are looking for constant reassurance that there is no significant news and that your pseudo securities are still on track to double in value every few hours, perhaps this isn't the investment for you. Quite honestly, I don't know what investment vehicle to recommend since no CEO I know runs around with their hair on fire answering forum questions every time their stock moves.

Ken has stated the next expected update is due in about 10 days. Yes, today a relatively small number of shares traded for less than the all time high. Yes, the value is still double the 2nd round IPO. Yes, nothing has changed - please take a xanax or sell and stop posting ridiculous requests.

If you have questions, it's 99% certain they will have been answered in post #1 of the Overview and Speculation thread. Streets regularly updates that post when new info comes out.
