Merchant tools was what I was thinking about working on next, with a small rewards shop front-end that utilizes these merchant tools and can double up as a testing bed.

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up with my development plans. I'm starting development on a Java library for writing CasinoCoin applications similar to what the bitcoinj library is for Bitcoin. This effort will help build the foundation of the CasinoCoin merchant tools since it is a light-weight implementation that can be used to maintain wallets and send/receive transactions without needing a local copy of the entire blockchain. This will be ideal for mobile apps, payment verification tools, allow integration into existing platforms, etc. The bitcoinj library has been used to build Android wallets, network crawlers and even Satoshi Dice, so having a CasinoCoin Java library will make it easier for developers to integrate CasinoCoin into these types of applications. I'll be in full developer mode for the next week or two, but I'll check back in this thread periodically. PM me if you would like to contribute to this effort. |

Based on a specific criteria you would get lotto tickets. Something like every 24 hours gets you a lotto entry. Thoughts? |

I also just noticed the profitability & stability of this coin. Looks good. I also like the name. Lots of Crypto-Currencies have stupid names or names that sound like they are trying to hard to make it sound legit. CasinoCoin is a solid name, I am going to switch some of my miners over to it tonight!

Everytime the diff. drops, a huge 300Mh/s miner comes in and leaves the coin stranded with a high diff. You should make the block retarget time shorter. |

What would you consider the ideal retarget time to be? I've seen arguments go both ways regarding short retarget times -- just curious what your thoughts are. |

This way, if someone decides to throw their entire farm into CSC, the coin won't be stranded for days on end like FTC was a while ago. Just my 2 cents. |

That makes sense to help lower the difficulty if and when it gets stuck like FTC, but only when the situation arises -- thanks for the input. In such a situation, I'd like to involve the CSC community before making any decisions that affect the "rules of the game" by involving the community in the decision making process and making it as transparent as possible. |
